Novice to competition/tactical shooting, and i've got a question. During the first shooting drill (~1:00 - 2:35) when transitioning from sidearm back to rifle, you guys pick up your rifle with your weak hand before holstering the side arm with your strong hand. It seems like an unnatural order of operations. Is that intentional?

The purpose of this is to ensure that while you're evaluating the condition of your rifle that you transitioned away from (Looking at the ejection port to see if the rifle is simply empty, or you have a malfunction) you have your pistol still presented towards the target in the case that a threat presents itself, you can simply drop your rifle back to the slung position and re-engage with pistol. Overlapping coverage.

Pretty disappointed in Noveske as the company you advocate for in that I ordered and paid for a 16 in barrel with headspaced bolt and they did not send the bolt. So for the price and all the hoopla spewed on this and possum punchers channel pretty let down and disappointed at the poor attention to detail to the specific order and for the price, and considering I ordered from all the way across the country coast to coast from Tampa FL. I hope they are willing to resolve this

HK and Knights are both over priced but atleast they make high end weapons that do have combat experience. Noveske somehow think they are in the same league as Knights. I’d never pay $3000 or more for an AR, I did get a steal on the used market for a Knights AR 11.5 and let me say I was so disappointed. Not only did knights miss some serious QC but a $1200 BCM ran circles around the $6000 dollar knights. These companies are screwing everyone and setting a standard to have 10,000 times profit margins in products.

I'm not hating on anything but you are right, unfortunately, NOV hasn't been picked up but any Mil contracts but more or a boutique gun. Honestly, knights is the one gun like hK with fancy parts that are hard to replace. DD and Giessele are leading the way and BCM is right behind. MI is not bad as well and Crittenden barrels are outstanding... Love this channel so please don't take this wrong. @@RedRaider1803 no they don’t, navy seals do not use Noveske. You call devgru “NSW” you clearly don’t know very much about the navy seals. There are numerous frog men making a living on KZbin. Shawne Ryan, GBRS, Slade who has multiple KZbin channel, Jack car and This list goes on and on, TFB tv has quite a few videos with a few former team guys and what weapons they used and prefer to use now. I contracted for the military for over a decade at the Acadmi and I’ve been a gun nut since my grandfather gave me a .22 and 410 ar the age of 6. Entire reason I went into private military contract work was cause of my love of firearms and never in over 10 years have I seen a single Noveske. It’s fine that you like Noveske and spent a lot of money on owning a Noveske but no they don’t hold military contracts and no navy seals do not use them in any capacity, maybe there is a random seal that owns a Noveske rifle he bought for his personal collection. BCM and DD are literally the guns team guys use both in and out of the teams and now the Geissele urgi which is a mixture of DD and Geissele. Larry vickers former delta… what does he use? Oh that’s right a BCM and DD. What about mile glover? 20 years in green berets? Hmmm that’s right BCM. What about Shawn Ryan? Former seal and former contractor (for the Academi I might add) a MK18 which is manufactured by… DD… oh and his 14.5 is a BCM. What about Jack carr? Navy seal “sniper” yep He uses BCm. What about Garand Thumb? Not a seal but he is a SERE instructor, means his teaching units like the Airforces PJs survival evade resistance and escape to some of the most highly trained SOF forces coming out of the Air Force. BCM has been his go to for years and now his go to is the new Geissele URGI. What about Slade? Cole? And DJ Shipley for GBRS… all of the DEVGRU operators you know that team you call “NSW” guess what they use…. 11.5 BCMs with criterion barrels and CGI Suppressors…. ….. ….. give me one fuxking name of a navy seal that uses Noveske. And stop calling it NSW, if you were talking to a navy seal and said NSW they wouldn’t know what they hell you were talking about. Devgru… short for Development Group which is short for The naval special warfare development group. Also known as green team and Hollywood calls it team 6.

TLDR rant about over priced rifles and how liberals and gen z have destroyed the gun culture since 2020. Also like to add Triarc rifles are over priced hype. They are great are marketing and know how to get peoples attention. Triarc at this point has such extreme profit in their firearms that they can afford to have people sport and sponser their products on a massive scale. Triarc is making aero precision grade weapons but allowing you to buy them completely customized with the parts you want so it seems like a good buy. But it isn’t, they are selling base rifles that should be worth $800 at $1800-$2500. So after you add your geissele trigger and radian charging handle and dead air muzzle it has an illusion of a good deal at $2700 dollars. The Triarc marketing behind the “2 track barrel” is allowing them to sell a melanite or nitride barrel at the same price as a cold hammer forged Daniel Defense barrel. Daniel Defense barrels are the best in the game and that’s not just my experience or opinion. Both JSOC and Socom have barrel contracts with Daniel and when the URGI program came about they demanded companies like geissele use Daniel barrels. Werid I know, Daniel’s retail for $1800 is box stores but can be bought for $1300 if you just shop around. Both BCm and Daniel are notorious for their BCGs and QC as well. HK, Knights and LMT are not making better weapons but they are asking 3 to literally 10 times as much. People need to stop feeding into KZbin gun channels pushing these companies that are destroying the firearms market. Here soon no one will be able to afford a quality weapon because the standard is being set to pay 4-10k. 2020 brought it a ton of idiots into the gun culture. Now people think AKs are worth upwards $3,000 and low end AKs are $1000. This is insane and no just because idiots now buy guns in masses doesn’t mean the AK all of a sudden became a quality weapon. AKs have always been cheap because… drum roll… they were made of cheap parts and the machines requires to build them were extremely cheap. People think because so many use the AK that it’s a good weapon, no you idiots so many people use it because it’s a cheap weapon. Only in America do AKs sell for thousands of dollars, the rest of the world still pays $75-$200 bucks. Gen z and democrats buying guns cause of 2020 should have been a good thing but no it’s been the worst thing to ever happen to guns. Tyrant democrats won’t need to ban guns, you idiots will cause the market it inflate so much no one will ever be able to afford them. I talk with you new comers in gun shops (which you always pretend to be life long gun owners for some reason) and you actually think 50 cents for 556 is cheap. So for all of you that have been into guns for a minute, the good days of finding brass .223 for $270 on average or buying bulk at 18 cents a round and “high end” 556 1000 round boxes being sold at $300 on average and $250 if you knew where to search… those days are gone. The days of walking into Walmart and buying a 500 round pack of white box 9mm Winchester for $80 dollars are days we will never see ever again. And it’s not because cost of production is up, it’s because of the 30 million new gun owners that vote left or are apart of the I don’t know which bathroom to use generation. Unless a company starts ignoring their greed and attempts to put morals over being able to own a private island, better get use to never being able to afford to blow through a few thousand rounds in a weekend ever again. Never be able to get together we’re your unit or just friends camping on someone private range or property being able to pick up 10 thousand rounds before hand knowing your gonna shoot every last round. Now you look at your 500 round pack you just ordered in the mail and start separating what your gonna keep and what you will use to train into little baggies as you cry inside knowing you only have maybe 10 full mags to train with until you need to over pay for another 500 round box. Longing for the days you and a few buddies could pitch in a hundred or so dollars a piece and pick up a few thousand rounds and have some fun. Gen z and the liberals have managed to destroy the firearms culture in America merely by participating in it, because with gen z and democrats comes extreme stupidity and immaturity and firearms manufacturers and ammo manufactures are smart and they see the stupidity and they capitalized on that stupidity. Imagine if I told you in the year 2020 that a Chinese red dot would be released for $500 plus dollars with no proven track record… well my friends I introduce to you Holosun!

For some reason people continue to buy into the marketing of being able to buy capability. If that was the case all these dudes would be GM's with the money spent on kit.
