Pisces is the song that launched a thousand reaction channels during lockdown when everyone was on KZbin with nothing to do. It's been viewed far more than their other songs but I don't think it's their best song at all

You should definitely see them live, they will be going to Europe currently but I’m sure they will swing back to the states. I seen them twice and was blown away. Tati is even more amazing in person, it will give you chills. They nail live performances almost always. Definitely a must see concert.

I would be willing to bet that this video is responsible for recruiting more new fans to maybe not metal in general but at least metal with harsh vocals specifically than any other. I have listened to rock and some metal for 40+ years and I have tried off and on to get into bands with vocalists that growled but I could never understand anything they were singing when they growled. Eventually I stopped even trying if I heard growls I just dismissed it and moved on. Of course they were all men at least as far as I knew. In 2020 I watched this video and at first I was astonished and once I watched it a couple more times and realized I could understand almost all of the lyrics I became a fan for life. Now I also listen to several others with harsh vocals but Tati will always be my Goddess!

Love me some Jinjer. For a heavier track I'd recommend Sit Stay Rollover (either live in Melbourne or the OMV). It was the track that got them signed with Napalm records. My other favourites are Teacher Teacher & I Speak Astronomy, though Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev is fantastic too. Fun fact about Vlad their drummer: He's the one member who has any formal training (on piano!) and he was actually a guitarist for most of his musical career. He only switched to drums when one of his previous bands was in need of a drummer. He's heavily involved in the writing of most of their songs.

There isn't really a bad Jinjer song. Pisces is usually a cherry popper. It shows Tatiana's range, and yeah, shock factor. The band is amazing in all of them. Teacher, Teacher will always be my top pick. Great reaction!

The shock of the song is what gets most reactors. The slow grove with the angelic vocals lulls peoples expectations and when the chorus drops they aren't expecting it. The normal reaction is that it isn't her. Then Jinjer Army floods comments and recommends Pernnial (live at Wakken) and Pit of Consciousness (live at Kiev) to see her do it in a liver performance. By then they are hooked. Honestly when I first seen this video I was not shocked, I was already well versed in women screamers with bands like Otep and Eths.

I absolutely adore this band. Next to System of a down and Tool they are my favorite band. Their lyrics are incredibly poetic and everyone is a master at their craft. I am a physics student and the one thing i like the mlst about physics is the concepts of duality and polarized systems. Well if there is any band that depicts duality at all then it is jinjer. The contrast is byond everything i have ever whittnessed in music.

I was not shocked the first time I heard Jinjer because I had been listening to Arch Enemy for years. It was great to discover Tatiana - she is right up there with Angela and Alissa. The first Jinjer song I heard was Teacher, Teacher and it is probably still my favorite. If you want a Jinjer song that really hits you in the gut, I suggest Home Back. My definition of a hot female singer is when good looks is surpassed by the talent. Based on that definition my personal favorite hot vocalists are Lzzy Hale of Halestorm, Alissa White-Gluz of Arch Enemy, Tatiana Shmayluk of Jinjer, Melissa Bonny of Ad Infinitum, Fernanda Lira of Crypta, Mayu of Nemophila, Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil and the one I have a bit of a crush on, Anneke van Giersbergen.

Tatiana Shmayluk my favorite Female Lead Singer, seen them 2 years in a row, @ the Ace Of Spades in Sacramento and the Band just killed it from beginning to end. Older songs Cloud Factory and one of their only all clean vocals song "Bad Water" are awesome. Too many great songs to list.

Most people start with Pisces because of the shock factor and it's the most viewed video, the best thing about Jinjer is they don't really have a bad song so any choice is a good one. They are also a amazing live band so their live videos are every bit as impressive as their official videos (which are all top notch). For something different on your next reaction, I would recommend I Speak Astronomy or Judgement and Punishment (one take vocal performance) Awesome Reaction, Subbed!

Yes, this song is popular because it is not their mainstream, more soft style. It is rare metalcore ballad with trap for newbies. But not only this song, i think Wallflower is metalcore-ballad too.

If you like to see a dude doing the same kinda vocal change;-) the singer of the legendary Swedish prog/black metal band 'Opeth' has a beautiful clean voice in combination with a very impressive dark growl too. You can only pull such a thing off when your a world class act and they are, just as Jinjer, but very different ('Ghost of Perdition, Black water Park, Harlequin Forest, Masters Apprentices, Deliverance, etc and etc)

This song is a little played out for the fans,as it's very common in the reaction community due to the shock value of Tatiana's growls. But it's still a great song, and I highly recommend a look at the lyrics if you listen again. Tatiana's lyrics are as strong as her vocals, and as potent as the rest of the band is, which is impressive given the fact that they are all russian speakers first. Another staple of the Jinjer reaction circuit is Perennial - Live at Wacken. I recommend that one next as Tatiana and the band is on fire there. Again, the lyrics are poetry. Maybe a look at them before hearing the song would be a good idea, as they are a key element of the song.

Is there a hotter metal artist? I don't know about hotter, but equally as hot? Absolutely. Heidi Shepherd and Carla Harvey were nude models before they became the vocalists for Butcher Babies. Alissa White-Gluz of Arch Enemy is the subject of some Misfits street art. And the ravishing Lena Scissorhands, of Infected Rain, not only looks like Leeloo from 5th Element on metal maniacal steroids, but also came up with Tati and Jinjer.
