Hello dear Sean, can I advise you to hear the voice of morissette amon? take a look and you will be amazed. sings live, on FM radio, Wish 107.5. what you hear is her real voice, no gimmicks, no auto tuning or cunning whatsoever. thanks for your attention. p.s. Tommy Marz said of her in a reaction: I consider her among my top 3 singers of all time. his dream is to bring her wonderful voice to one of his tracks.

The "Teacher Teacher" part gives a vibe of Pink Floyds "Another Brick in the Wall". The line from that is "Hey teachers, leave those kids alone" And when it slows down to the nice chill section at the end, sounds like more Pink Floyd

I'll say Sit, Stay, Roll Over" and Cloud Factory again for videos. They seem to write and play what comes to them naturally. The might be like Tool', just short faster versions. Lyrics are always great. In a week or two you will hear Pisces again, and love it. It's clearer after hearing more of what they do, but it's a great intro...

Amazing piece of music, one of their best works! These guys are something special. Try the blasting live performance of "Who´s Gonna Be The One". It´s an older banger with another surprising blend of genres. The ones you talked about in the end of the video are two great songs: "Perennial" you already reacted to the live performance, the official video is not impressive but it´s enjoyable. And "Ape" is also a hell of a song, like a short stick of dynamite. Good reaction, peace.
@j.f.fisher53184 жыл бұрын
Great stuff. One of their most popular songs. Perennial is well worth doing. Great song and an amazing video. The live at Wacken video is even more impressive in its own way and gets even more views than the official video, even if you do the official video first. The Wacken performance is just such a great performance. Some have reacted to both or done a double-feature with both in one reaction. Cheers!

I think some people just don't realize how technical and complex this band is in their instrumentals and compositions or often even lyrical writing. I also definitely did not just recommend the live version but also the official video for Perennial in my list. And yes, the scene with her in the snow is definitely beautiful and cute. Ape is a very chaotic one, which took me a bit to warm up to, but I also wasn't super good in following very fast and chaotic technical instrumentals when I started listening to Jinjer. However I would go with Sit Stay Roll Over (official video) first, when you want to dive into their heavier songs, and then after that Ape (official video) and Captain Clock (either lyric video for audio quality or live at Resurrection Fest for the good performance, but somewhat bad audio quality - or both). Honestly, there's not much in terms of straight up bad songs of them, so technically you could go through their entire discography. I could maybe later make a list of all the best song versions of each song if that is of interest.

I saw dusty icons on the walls I saw needles and stones So she put a paper bag on my head She pointed finger at me, and then she said: Dear Lord, forgive me as I’m slapping this sinful child By your hand I’m led so I will show what is wrong and what is right Choose your label cuz I’m mercy, merciful Put your knuckles on the table, meet my friend Ferule Who’ll punish you! When their prejudice let us down We stand firmly on our ground Don’t let their school make a fool of you Because the teachers may be fools too Laws chalked on a blackboard Can’t be erased until it gets boring The lady spoke and then she choked On the convictions oh so alluring She made a pause in her verbal overdose My paper bag slipped down on the floor I took a look around, there was no sanctuary Desks empty, the school was all imaginary Teacher, teacher!
