He was one of the big advocates in favor Jisu being a personal friend of her and brought attention of the situation with ZeRo to pretty much everyone. Now what I think is that Leffen didn't purposefully slander ZeRo, but rather had some out of context information and reports of bad encounters with ZeRo (that is supported by other people, for example some JP players commented about what ZeRo did with them, but they may have misinterpreted ZeRo's actions because cultural differences,Leffen got wind of it and told about it). These along with hearing a lot of this from friends means that he got a distorted view. However, there are facts that support some of Leffen's original statements, such as NSFW images in a discord filled with minors (though separated into a 18+ channel ... I mean do you expect discord to check if the user is 18 or 14?). In that example, it is likely ZeRo didn't intent to allow or show pornography to minors, but he maybe have been negligent in moderating his discord. So in all, Leffen regarding the case with ZeRo, at best exposed a lot of dirty laundry with good intentions but didn't vet the information (nor is it his job to) given the frenzy of Summer 2020 (justified). At worst, he may have purposefully lied about certain traits of ZeRo.

Liars and frauds ALWAYS get what they ask for. To expose them you only need to be lucky once, while they have to keep lying and building up that mountain of accusations against them. Maybe. Keep in mind now that people are seeing the truth there’s only so much the pro scene can do before many people are gonna question if the pro players really “care” about the community and not corrupt like they claim. If they don’t do anything to leffen then people are gonna see the pro scene was never about caring for the community it was just a way to protect their own asses. One thing the pro scene love to do is throw each other under the bus if it means they can avoid accountability. Many of the pro player hate that jisu lost cause now they are know to helping a fake victim and now their good image can now be called out as An act since instead of apologizing to zero they either are ignoring blocking or silent. Yeah, no, she never actually lost the case. They came to a mutual out-of-court settlement; there's a significant distinction between the two. I'd also like to say that three of the four defamation allegations were outright rejected due to ZeRo's inability to present them within an admissible timeframe. And, furthermore, the final was ambiguously worded so as to avoid actually denying the allegation put forward by Jisu; consequently, if the settlement wasn't made, he was almost _certainly_ going to lose the case.

He has had no repeated behavior of that nature of any kind, the circumstances he grew up in were pretty fucked so him knowing right from wrong in this context is something worth noting here (still doesn't excuse what he did and still deserves consequences such as getting permanently banned from Smash Events), and he has been with his NOW MARRIED WIFE for 6 years. Whether you still want to support him in the future is up to you. But, I personally will support him in making content. If he does this again, I will revoke my support for him. I don't think it will happen though so I'm here waiting for more of his content to come out.

I think it was some. But since the original document had some false statements the settlement was for it to be deleted. Now the thing is that ZeRo cannot control the behavior of others who have previously saw or saved the document, nor can he stop the reappearance of that said document. He cannot go after Jisu for the document resurfacing unless he has proof that she asked someone to do it (unlikely). As you know, once it is on the internet, it never truly gets deleted
