Stop schedule at least 3 days before race day. Relax and do light warmup and less stretching. U can have milk and banana on race day. Eat 5 star chocolate 30 to 40 minutes before race. Tomorrow i am uploading strategy for 1600 meters. Watch that carefully

Sir maine 3-4 din pehle hi running start ki h aur mera 1600m running 5:30 tak 25-30 din baad h. So please sir mujhe bataye ki mujhe kya karna chahiye kaise running karna chahiye

I don't know what is your current timing. Getting 5:30 with no prior running experience is not easy. Work hard and overall development

10 days main 40 second trainnig se nahi josh aur planning se aayega. strategy walla video dekho aur usko follow karo training and final day 3 days pehle running band karna hai

I think I have given that in this video and other breathing videos. You will have higher breathing rate for shorter runs and sprints. For linger runs breathing should me fast enough to provide enough oxygen and slow enough to give time to our lungs to exchange gases. So best is that breath natural but after certain intervals take long breaths and empty your lungs and then fill with fresh air. Watch the video to understand more

Sir jb leg mi shin pain jayda ho tab 1-2 days ka rest le sakte hi kya.kyunki zym mi exercise ka yahi pattern hi.koi bhi exercise ke beech atleast 2 days ka gap hona chahiye.sir plz is confusion ko door kare.

There is no relation with lactic acid pain which happens in gym and shin splint. Do not run in pain

Try take long breath, then hold it for as long as possible and then release slowly. Do this many times. Also do other exercises as shown in my videos,

from 1st day you should be able to run 1600 meters if you are fit. Do not try to run fast. First complete the distance

How much are you taking now. You can work more on breathing and upper body to close a few seconds. Try using tips as given in last 200meters

First round slow karo. Upper body use karo last round main. Strategy walla video dekho and breathing exercises walla video bhi dekho

There cannot be any separate ground for girls. Also road running is not good. Do proper warmup and stretching before run. Check all videos including breathing and technique

sir,, aise hi informative video frequently upload kijiye. main bahut din se app k video follow kar raha hoon. main v running karta hoon. 100m mera 13.48sec, 1600m mera 5.45min aur 5km mera 22min time lagta hai. 1600 aur 5km last 200m dimag me chakkar ane lagta hai thoda. ise kaise thik karoon ? aur time kaise kam karoon ? mera hight 5ft 8inch and weight 70kg aur age 25 hai. plz sir reply.

Try improve your breathing. Also run a bot slow in the beginning and fast in the end. You are running events which are not good for any single event. You practice needs more focus. Choose a relevent event and practice according to that

Sir mera age 32 year hai aur mai last time s.i .Ka tayari kar raha hun ,mujhe 1500 ko 5.40 me pura krna hai ,jo mera. Time 6.00 minutes aa ,20 second kam hi nhi ho rha mujhe koi upaya bataye please
