Side Stitch is a common problem which athletes face during their 1600 meters , 800 meters and other longer runs. There is nothing to worry as it can be avoided or cured. Video contains explanation of why and how!

Sir on the day of physical efficiency test they asks us to report @ 6:30am and our turn may come anytime till 5pm on the day. Meanwhile what we should do to stay hydrated and not feel drowsy.

I have pain that happens when I start exercise. Sometimes I will the stitch before I start just thinking about it. Every single time. It’s ruining my life as I revolve around sport. It is mostly at the top left and gets worse and worse until it’s impossible to run and hurts to walk. Any tips?

Check and follow the strategy video. Check breathing video. Work on core strength and use of upper body

On season training has less running and more of increasing speed and caidance. So you do downslope in on season training. Work on flexibility but not on strength as that is off season part. Always check your technique and breathing. Plan your running strategy

Pain could be because of trying to breath too fast and heavy. May be any other reason. Contact me if you face any more problem. Practice and increase speed slowly and firmly

Aapko IBS ka issue ho skata hai. Irritated bowl syndrome. But aap running sham ko shuru karo aur bahut slow start karo. Speed slowly badao. Core strength pe kaam karo

Mene v subah running karna aj seh start kardia heh ha Thora dourne bad dard huwa heh toh maine walk Kiya phir doura phir walk Kiya magar lamba rasta nai ja saka wapis Ghar agya aur brush karlia. Ek hafta Tak jari rakhunga dekte heh kya hota heh. Magar ye pain ek bout gussa dila Dene wala system heh aur nirash v kardeta heh mujhe toh. Aur bhai pushups start Kiya aj mene 10 times ek bar meh kiya aur 3 ya 4 rounds kiya uske baat toh ek v nai karpara kyuki hath meh kuch hogya heh takat lagane deta hih nahi.

Sir, is it safe to take supplements like BCAA, Creatine and Pre Workout ? Do they have any impact on dope test ?

Don’t know exact ingredients of pre workout supplements you intend to take. I also don’t know your sport so cannot tell you which one is good and which one is bad. BCAA is good. Rest check my nutrition video

Yeah normal hai kyonki jaab aap bhagte ho to hammara blood supply use walle muscle pe divert ho jatta hai aur intestine se hat jatta hai. Aap zaida tension nahi lo. Aap tension main bahut stiff ho rahe ho. Eek video main maine paper roll kar ke bhagna seekhaya hai. Usko try karo. Din bhar main pani peeya karo. Fibre walla cheeze khao. Try karo dinner 8 baje tak kar lo aur dinner ke baad papaya khao

Do dinner by 8 PM Drink lot of water all day. After dinner est Papaya. Morning also getup early and walk a bit before going to bathroom. Run slow and increase speed slowly. Don't start running fast suddenly
