I'd counter "jiu-jitsu isn't a replacement for therapy" with "therapy isn't a replacement for a social network of people who cheer you on and struggle with you." "Therapy isn't an outlet for creative artistic expression." "Therapy isn't a way to receive respect and admiration from your peers for your skill and achievements." If you have some unaddressed trauma or problem in your life that you use BJJ to distract yourself from, then perhaps therapy could help. But you also need to get a life. BJJ can help plenty with that.
