GHANAIAN WOMAN TEACHES HOW TO MAKE A POPULAR GHANA SNACK | HOW TIGER NUT MILK IS MADE | GHANA FOOD
We know Ghana has some of the most authentic dishes. In this video, Vivian, a Ghanaian woman will take us through the process of making a vegan milk made from nuts. It's very popular in Ghana, generally sold around breakfast time in Ghana. it's made from tiger nuts. This Ghana snack is ridiculously creamy and smooth. I hope you enjoy the video.

I love tigernut a lot, especially when it is dry☺️☺️ in Nigeria, some people call it Hausa groundnut. Apart from it being tasty, it’s also a good snack for breastfeeding mothers.
