Jorge Norzagaray I agree with you on all that, especially Diego and Foo Fighters. Yet, Stroheim doesn't do enough to have a really full-fledged move set. The only notable things he has was his chest-cannon, nothing to really base off of unless you want a stale move set that relied on mostly his chest. I think it's just bad character design, just see Dio from part 1/initial part 3 and compare it to part 3 ending. Part 3 end gave Dio a much more square jaw than was necessary.
