It's possible the domain looks incomplete cus the hand signs were also "incomplete" by using one hand instead of 2, but with binding vows sukuna made it work but at the cost of the domain being very short

I think Sukuna saying "lovely" was foreshadowing of the world dismantle. It was Sukuna's reaction to Mahoraga showing Sukuna the adaptation he was seeking that he would use to create world dismantle. So Gege emphasized it to serve as foreshadowing for world dismantle.

That's EXTREMELY obvious. Sukuna does not copy peoples cursed techniques. Never once has he used any that aren't his own, at all. The fire arrow was literally just confirmed to be a part of his normal technique. Also, none of gojos abilities are even useable by sukuna without six eyes.

Was tengen evolving into sukuna ? After Kenny killed yuki he said something along the lines of, “is that how you wished to look like ? Almost as if(Sukuna).” On top of them both dealing in the theme of evolution, we know tengen used to preach the foundation of jujutsu and sukuna embodies true jujutsu, also the fear of tengen evolving beyond a human and losing their humanity is a background issue, which is similar to how Sukuna also has no humanity and is a calamity. Could there be a parallel between tengen having star plasma vessels merging with them and how Sukuna merged with his twin ? Someone also mentioned a year ago from a Reddit post Is it possible the twin was absorbed and turned into a curse ? Due to the unique condition of twins in jjk, this led to half of Sukuna’s soul to turn into a cursed spirit, creating the perfect human/curse hybrid. Twin dies and becomes a vengeful spirit, but they share a soul, so when the soul turned into a curse, that was Sukuna turning into a vengeful spirit, triggering Sukuna’s “evolution” and current status as king of curses. Sukuna always refer to himself as a being different from sorcerers and curses. Kenjaku witnessed this and that’s why he tried to create the same thing but failed. This is why he thought that combing a human and a curse would create something more evolved and powerfull. After failing to do so his next action was to revive Sukuna and now we have this imminent “merger”. We need more tengen talk they are down but not out🗣️🗣️

Im definitely with the train of thought that his technique "Shrine" has three major parts The preparation of a meal (Cleave/Dismantle) The cooking (Flame Arrow) And the offering of it (???) Because in ancient history, meals could easily be given as offerings at shrines to worship. Maybe that's another reason Sukuna has a second mouth, not only to do incantations but to more easily eat the "Offerings" of his shrine

I keep hearing the merger being brought up but there’s no way it’s involved in this domain expansion. It’s literally in the name, its a “merging” of humanity and tengen. So far literally 0 non-sorcerer humans have been involved in this fight so there’s no way this is a merging of any kind.

My original theory about Shrine and Fuga was the Shrine could copy techniques as long as they were offered to sukuna like you would at a shrine, In order to do so that individual could offer their own or someone elses life and in exchange for a visit to your loved ones in the afterlife. This could be expanded into the post death scenes where this factor activates automatically and then in that place you could hypothetically give your technique or die. Then Sukuna's Fire technique would have been given to him by Uraume this way and could posit that Sukuna had other techniques and was at one point worshipped and devoured those offered to him. The Craziest extension of this is that Yuji could have potentially created a binding vow with other characters that in the event of their death, they are automatically sacrificed to his shrine and he could copy their technique and might have done this with Gojo, which he might of practised with in his RCT training by body swapping with him. The other theory I have on Yuji's Cleave and Dismantle, is that yujis is ultimately the same but he isn't as skilled, Sukuna's appears like that because the state where the technique targets first and then cuts is shortened to a point so quick we don't perceive the technique the same way similar to how Gojo could open his domain for 0.2 Seconds. this feels Jossed at this point due to the way it's depicted here but I just wanted to say my bit, at the very least this might imply that Yuji can use flames as well which would go along with Gojo saying eventually he could use flames and Ice when he first mentions Sukuna's CT engraving itself into Yuji.

4:42 in order to further speculate the RCT of shrine..we gotta use Gojo's red&blueprint; The opposite of blue(attract) os red(repel)... So the opposite of dismantle or cleave, is essentially to "stick together" "build" "assemble" and the opposite of fire is water.... And if we think about the way yuji tends to fight, in comparison to sukuna, yuji isnt somebody to really do long range attacks...even when doing piercing blood, he got in sukunas face... So whatever CTRA yuji comes up with, will likely have a them of sticking to something or someone...or assembling/building something through different methods than normal Another idea would be yuji forcing the souls to split, or for megumi to "vomit" out sukuna....because the opposite of eating would be throwing up

The problem with Sukuna using The Ten Shadows is that... well there really isnt much left. Mahoraga got blown up, Agito, which was made up of Nue, The Totality wolf, the snake, deer and even the unseen tiger. So Sukuna has the rabbits, the frogs, the elephant and ox left. Not sure how valueble these are in a binding vow, but a 140m domain with full power and a closed barrier while his brain and body is fried isnt gonna come cheap. Other potential problem is that the technique is inscribed in Megumis body and since Sukuna shed that form, he no longer has access to it. Anyway what is clear is that some big reveal is coming next chapter (cause otherwise the main cast is cooked, literally) and quite likely there will be either a new or returning charater jumping in. Could be Mei mei, could be Hakari, I personally would like to see Yuta jump back in for round 2. COULD BE GOJO, YOU NEVER KNOW, COPE FOREVER!. Or..... perspective change to Uraume-Hakari fight. Also also, damn looks like Larue gonna die from that BF, rest well based king.

My theory regarding Sukuna's Domain is that since Yuji had been soul nerfing Sukuna via enduring 8 black flashes, Sukuna's Domain Expansion would look more like Megumi's Domain rather then the Malevolent Shrine Domain we see in Shibuya and with his fight with Gojo. My educated guess with his binding vow is that Sukuna borrowed Megumi's Incomplete Domain as a vessel to imbue his Cursed Technique Shrine within it to make a duck-taped domain. This would be at the cost of having an incredibly shortened duration of 99 seconds. As to his Flame Arrow attack, I think he can't use it simultaneously with his Cleave and Dismantle. Sukuna would need to swap out Cleave and Dismantle for the Flame Arrow to activate. This explains why Sukuna's Domain stopped, he is actually preparing or imbuing the flame arrow into his Domain.

In Sukunas case, the outline of the borders between Megumis soul and Sukunas. Do you think Yuji can expand the target of his cleave to split Megumis soul from Sukunas forcefully? Maybe utilize Shrines hypothetical reversal to "reconstruct" any parts of Megumi that would be damaged by such a tactic? Just a thought

My theory is that the domain was like that because at that time sakuna could not use his proper domain because of low curse energy so he made a binding vow and took parts of maybe shadow garden and other pieces to replicate his domain with different pieces.

I stand corrected on my previous comment about the ui ui remark concerning the soul swap. He can do it twice in one month, meaning if yuji and takaba swap at the start of a period longer than 1 month, they can swap with different people after another month, and then they can swap with the last person they’re mixed up with one last time.

in regards to the theory from @OrdinaryPotatoYT In chapter 234, right before Gojo's arm is cut, Sukuna speaks to Mahoraga saying "Mahoraga.. How long are you gonna make me wait? That's not what i want to see. Forget Megumi Fushiguro, you're MY shadow now. *SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT*" - Mahoraga's wheel turns, and gojo's arm is cut. This is followed up by Sukuna saying "Very good" while covering his mouth - This was the blueprint he needed from Mahoraga in order to defeat Gojo's limitless & bisect him with the world cutting slash, hence the "Very good" Most of what follows was Sukuna waiting for a moment where Gojo would lower his guard - for example when Gojo knew he had won. In conclusion: i doubt Sukuna ate his arm.

Sorry for just the 2 atm, bigger donos in the future. I think the chain of curses Kenjaku talks about is the cycle of Sukunas twin repeatedly reincarnating throughout the ages as long as Sukuna is still alive, and Sukuna will still live/reincarnate on as long as his twin is still alive. I know Yuji isn't his twin exactly, but maybe he got tied into the cycle by Kenjaku. Crackpot theory time, and I ain't cookin with these so dont judge too hard: 1. Kenjaku sacrificed the Twin's soul somehow, and made a binding vow or something to make yuji take its place in the cycle. 2. Similar to yuji saying he would kill mahito forever as long as Mahito reincarnates and the Six Eyes reincarnations and kenjaku beef, Yuji vs Sukuna will be another generation spanning beef. 3. Yuji will be forced to take Sukuna back into his body and be his prison to prevent his reinccarnation - at which point yuji will fullfil his original agreement when becoming a sorcerer and fullfilling his Grandpas last wish, by having his friends kill him.

Unrelates to the new chapter, but im curious about something We knoe that geto's CSM allows hi to freely use any curse he has consumed, including their techniques and even domains, and then theres this other thing this technique can do that allows the user to directly extract the technique of a curse through maximum technique (uzumaki/maelstrom), however, the technique extracted from whatever cursed was used in hr maximum technique is only 1 use Isnt it like, useless? Kenjaku did absorb and extract mahito's technique at the end of the shibuya arc, and then did the thing of transforming people's brain into sorcerers/and 'reviving' the sorcerers he has donr vinding vows with through his life, but couldnt he just use mahuto directly and keep his idle transfiguration? Or was something stopping him? Or is it just the use of domain expansion: immeasurable script on kenjaku?

I think its important to keep in mind that Fuga being a fire arrow is Sukuna's interpretation of the technique. It may not be a destructive technique but has been molded by Sukuna for his personal use. Like how we see Yuji create dotted scissor lines, its very likely if he uses Fuga it would be something similar, but different.

I think Sukuna is barely able to use the domain and it's falling apart, the binding vows used may have been: "After this ends I can not use my domain afterwards. I lose access to the ten shadows technique (permanently? So no using it for abilities or future vows). And probably a few other ones. Maybe losing access to Hollow wicker basket as well for some time.

Normally, it's possible that he uses ten shadow domains with the part of his brain he was obliged to use and grants dismantle and cleave to the domain...if you possess more than one technique you can choose what technique you will grant to your domain if you have the skill.

I think its similar to how megumi used the lesser version of ten shadows shikigami, and how meguna used the incomplete shikigamis vs yoruzo. I dont think the 10 shadows merged i think its a by product of sukuna being reincarnated in megumis body therefore there is resemblance to 10 shadows. Ofc it could be that sukuna mightve made some kinda binding vow to get the domain. Keeping that aside we only know thst sukuna didnt get the rct thing from yujis backshots, but it wasnt specified if he will get back his domain which the cast was predicting while yuji n yuta were jumping him. So all in all i think yuji might almost die here but ui ui will rescue him and we will see whats happening with shoko n all.

I don't think that Furnace (it feels so weird that it has an actual name now) is a part of Shrine at all. I am of the belief that since he has used the arrow twice now AFTER his domain disappears. Once being in the Manga when fighting Mahoraga and second being now, with his domain having Collapsing right before we see him preparing his attack. As such I believe its a completely different CT all together. Infact, I believe that Furnace belonged to Sukunas twin and when he ate his brother he absorbed the Technique. I dont think Sukuna can steal techniques, but I can believe that a still developing fetus could have a sudden mutation due to the weird logic of twins in Jujutsu allowing it to gain a secondary Technique. Or at least it makes sense to me lol Long story short, Shrine and Furnace are two separate CT's

That's a really interesting thought actually, I'm not sure if the WCS would damage the soul or not...it would certainly make sense for it to, esp since we know Sukuna can perceive the Soul in the same way Yuji does, BUT I don't think that means the WCS *definitely* damages the soul. Don't know if we'll get any clarity on this unless Gege specifically address it but its certainly interesting food for thought. As far as the Cursed Object thing, I don't see Gojo doing it to himself, because I don't think he'd have any way of knowing how to do it, since he's never even seen anyone do it (that we know of), so its not as if he could just learn from watching it once like Sukuna did. But maybe someone at Headquarters, perhaps Angel or one of the other incarnated sorcerers if they had managed to figure out how to replicate the process like Sukuna did then perhaps they could turn him into one. So its certainly *possible*, but I personally think if Gojo is to come back it won't be via cursed object. Thank you again!🙏🏻

Not related but I think part of the reason sukuna Is so ridiculously strong is he absorbs the cursed energy not techniques when he consumes someone which would line up with him having twice as much CE as Yuta as stated . Yuta has been stated to have so much more CE than everyone else you can’t measure it . He’s also 1v2 special grade sorcerers alike with relative ease. Making since of how sukuna could body a whole team of Special Grade Sorcerers.

I think in the next chapter Angel is gonna show up to save everyone, using Jacob's Latter to fry Sukuna before he can use the fire arrow. Then everyone who has been healed by Shoko will show up to hold Sukuna down and/or cut off his last arms, at which point Ui Ui will switch Yuji's and Megumi's souls, resulting in Yuji fighting with Sukuna's soul for control of the body. Given how many black flashes Sukuna has taken directly to the soul, that would give Yuji's soul the advantage in a battle between souls. And once Yuji takes control of the body and is about to get annihilated, taking his Sukuna's soul and Megumi's body with him, Sukuna will start the merger to save himself from being killed.

even if sukuna had the limitless technique he wouldnt be able to use it properly. the six eyes dont just make it easier to use limitless, the six eyes are REQUIRED to utilize it without basically ending yourself through burning all of your cursed energy. sukuna wouldnt be able to use infinity, blue, or red any more than once for like 2 seconds without accidentally taking himself out

Since domains and jujutsu r all about individuality, blah blah, it makes sense for the shrine to be different looking when there’s a change in the user. I think sukuna copied the type of domain that Gojo has so the loop hole is that if you are near sukuna the slashes wont hit you. The eue of the storm is a safe spot kinda thing so sukuna is also using fuga to snipe people getting close

This is probably an old question but I think it's relevant now. We've seen Sukuna use the Fire Arrow after using his domain twice, against Mahoraga, and again in the latest chapter. We know for a fact that after using a domain there's a cooldown to use your CT again, and we know that Gojo devised a way to surpass this by destroying his brain and restoring it with RCT. We also know that Sukuna learned to do this after watching him, however, in Mahoraga's case he didn't know how to do it yet, and in the latest chapter he can't use RCT, so I wanted to know if you have any theories or have any idea what this implies for the arrow. Is it not a CT, is he using some kind of binding vow every time? Anyways,there's probably not enough info yet but I wanted to hear your take on it, greetings from Mexico, love your content, keep it up!

I don't think we have enough info yet to know for sure, but my best guess is just how Sukuna's true CT operates, the way he uses shrine to 'open' things, may be a work around to the regular CT burnout we're familiar with. Like he can't use Cleave/Dismantle since he just closed his domain with those, but maybe since he's opening up the fire arrow its on like a different type of cooldown if that makes sense? Hopefully we will find out more in the coming chapters! Thank you again 🙏🏻

Are we even sure Uraume is like, a person? What I mean is, are they like Sukuna, a sorcerer that turned into a curse, or are they just a straight-up curse? remember when Sukuna compared Mahoraga to the Yamata no Orochi, and we kinda assumed that he was just talking about the myth, rather than an actual being? Maybe Uraume is kind of like a disaster curse from the Heian era, with a basis in reality that Uraume perhaps hated because the fear of snow and ice is personified by the myth of Yuki-onna, which is explicitly female and would fit nicely into the Heian era disaster curses and how that fear manifested into Uraume. For example, Mahito is shown as a patchfaced, shapeshifting weaselly, and selfish human because that's how the fear of humans is manifested in our day and age. Jogo is shown as a volcano head, and Yuji's first thought on seeing him is comparing him to Mount Fuji, a very famous volcano that any Japanese person would immediately think of when thinking about volcanos and all that stuff. Just saying, Uraume is very much akin to the myth of Yuki-onna, and even Yoruzu, who is obsessed with Sukuna and is very much a yandere about it, doesn't mind them being around Sukuna and asks if Uraume has reincarnated, which could mean that Uraume is in fact a former sorcerer because curses reincarnate in completely different ways as far as we know, but it doesn't mean that the theory is completely out of the way, considering how little information we have about them.

what if uruame IS part of his own ct? or perhaps its reversal. total bs longshot but if his ct is confirmed to be shrine/kitchen-esque, and it's basically confirmed yuji/sukuna get knives/fire/eating from the technique (possibly more), perhaps an advanced form of the technique or its reversal somehow can somehow make a or turn a body into what only APPEARS to be a person but uses what would be the effective reverse of the technique (cold/ice) and instead of eating, prepares the food for him to eat. we dont really have an explanation of how uruame managed to "reincarnate" miraculously at the same time as sukuna as far as im aware. obviously sukuna was surprised to meet them again in both the anime and the manga, but there's no particular reason this couldnt be subconscious somehow, or when he does it he doesn't have control of what personality manifests / what they look like / this would be sukunas second incarnation, so he wasnt sure if it would be a continuation of the same as last time? idk random thoughts, surely wrong, and we may never know it could also explain why uruame isnt referred to with gendered pronouns. maybe they dont HAVE a gender (or even a sex) because they aren't a "real" person.

Now that i think about it what if "Gojo's comeback" doesn't really mean Gojo is coming back, but the Prison Realm to seal Sukuna. Since Prison Realm was burried by Kenjaku and the back of Prison Realm was destroyed (?) by Angel so Perhaps Gojo will be conscious for a few second and teleports the Prison Realm from underground (This is such a stretch but whatever). And then at The Great Merger after Megumi frees from Sukuna he uses the Rabbit 273 Totality to yeet Tengen

If you are referring to the point he made just before that timestamp, then the point being made was that Sukuna would be unable to use his reversal due to his inability to use RCT, since both techniques require positive energy.

Do you think Sukuna being in Megumi's body is now a disadvantage for him rather than advantage? It is been repeatedly told that Yuji is attacking the barrier between Sukuna and Megumi's Soul. And thats the main thing thats keeping him from getting his full RCT back. But if Sukuna was not in Megumi's Body this wouldn't have been the case.

So that could totally be the case, but in my opinion, I don't think Sukuna isn't getting his RCT back due to the unique soul/barrier situation, but just the Black Flashes in general. IE if Sukuna was in his own body under the same circumstances, I still think Yuji's Black Flashes would have prevented him getting his RCT back. The way I understand it, he doesn't have RCT after his fight with Gojo, but hitting his own Black Flashes could have carved a 'new pathway' to RCT, but Yuji's own Black Flashes essentially 'blocked' that pathway. Reason being I just currently don't see the connection between the double soul situation and RCT, but again it could be possible there's something unique going on.

We've got to keep in mind that Yuta potentially wasn't hit by a world slash since Sukuna was only able to chant and point. There was no way Sukuna could have done the hand signs with Rika and Yuji holding his other arms back. So if Yuta was indeed hit with just a strong dismantle and not a world slash, it would explain how Yuta actually survived since he wasn't fully bisected and instead just heavily wounded. With that in mind if Gojo somehow figured out how to set aside part of his soul/power then it would act as an amazing backup plan where it could be given to Yuta to allow Gojo a second chance to fight Sukuna and also potentially give Yuta a boost through the potential manifestation of the six eyes. It would also be insanely cool to see how they would fight, especially if they switch back and forth concerning who's in control. I would think that since they wouldn't have dedicated as much time as Kenjaku to figuring out how to set aside a part of Gojo's soul/power, there would be some limitations. And I would imagine those limitations manifesting in the form of Gojo being the only one able to use limitless while he is in control of the body with Yuta still having zero access to it. It would also be thematically appropriate because this would show Gojo learning something from Sukuna, just like Sukuna did with his one-handed domain. I realize this is a wild idea, but to be honest it makes a lot of sense to me as a possibility. Gojo could pull a Sukuna and put part of himself into a finger which could be fed to Yuta, who physically is in a healthier state than him (though not by much) granting the possibility of Gojo taking over and healing Yuta's body through incarnation. That way Gojo returns in a way that I think a lot of the fanbase may be happy with. However, I would still much prefer for Gojo and Yuta to return separate from each other. I want my blue-eyed king back in all his glory😤

Gojo returning for what? , Sukuna is so beaten up that even Maki would make him a boxing bag after his domain ends, this is desperate domain move to kill Yuji and try to retreat to heal up, unless somehow Sukuna fully recovers the return of Gojo is unnecessary, current Sukuna is below Yuki level, if Yuki is there she destroys him which is probably why Gege killed her, if Yuji survives that and opens his domain it is enough to justify Sukuna losing the battle
