Wow! What a great van. I have own my 1986 B250 passenger window van for 29 years it's in very, very clean condition. it lives in a heated garage and I use it for traveling and camping. Your van is on the other end of the skale, it is a rolling work of art that time has helped to create. Very cool. 🕶

Hey Garrette,nice van as I used to own a forest green 1977 Dodge tradesman 100 just like yours and it was a charm to watch what you had to say of your van as I miss mine and I bought it in 1990 for $175.00 and worked great for me for awhile but I do miss it,good luck with yours.

I had a 77 custom Dodge van with a pig picture window behind the drivers seat. It had bright orange shag carpet w a mini fridge and a bed. It even had a swamp cooler on top twords the back. You could put the ignition on accessorie and put that cooler on low in the New Mexico heat and it would run all night and start right up in the morning.

I wouldn't touch either of the murals. This whole van is a beautifully aged piece of art. I am however torn between fixing all that rocker rust to preserve it or to leave it be.

Crusty... I LOVE IT ! I remember back in the day, before urban "stealth" camping was a "thing" I had the idea that the way to blend and avoid theft in urban areas would be to go something like this. Totally roached out looking. Nobody would think twice about stealing those rims, or even bother to break into it, clearly nothing of value ;-)

Rust is rust...people aren't calling rust patina. Patina is basically the overall degradation of the entire vehicle such as sun faded paint, scratches, oxidation and rust etc. that comes with age

They don't make panels for most dodge vans. Sure, if it was a Ford or Chevy, it would be easy, but with a Dodge, it's a totally different thing.

I like 99% of this van - but I would cut the cancer out, so it wouldn't spread. I've seen too many vans of this vintage rusting out & generally becoming unsafe because the structure was compromised.

Help fellow vanners.. please help me locate an artist . I want to study his reflection styles.. so i can try to make a living drawing cars. Yes its cliche. But im a die hard classic motor vehicles guy . And i was raised on those pos tradesmans.. and i love the looks of all vans.. Also.. i still love those vans in stock shipwreck condition. Lol.. anyone who drove a tradesman new, or old, .. its basically the same ride lol.. and i want to design a retro tradesman ...
