Great information! I am going to add coffee to my daily routine. I stopped drinking coffee after listening to other doctors stating that plants are killing you . 😂😂😂😂

@@jjvirginvideos - I was eating a lot, but due to Hyper-thyroid, lost a lot of weight .. I was not overweight in the first place. It's an auto-immune disease.

Does it have to be caffeinated green tea with your highest fat meal? Caffeine has the opposite effect on my adhd so I don’t drink it. Love this list! 💪🏽
