jnc 660 jump starter

*I bought this bad boy about 2 years ago, I noticed when I charge it the meter goes on green then ends up in lower yellow almost near red a few hours later without having been used for a jump. Not sure if my battery is screwed or the meter (gauge) isnt working properly*
