Someone said Joan is the poor man's ELIZABETH TAYLOR, oviously Joan was never the top star as ELIZABETH never reached her acting ability, but JOAN definately deserved a Oscar for playing ALEXIS, she was superb, absolutely brilliant, she is looking stunning even in her 80s, I have cpl of her books, she's very honest and funny, keep going Joan your fabulous...

Back in the 80's , she was a real legend of cinema and even if on a decline or even past her decline , she retained that status of a film legend. Collins never achieved those heights. Even during "Dynasty". She was a TV star. It's a nice story , this come back of an ever struggling actress who finally made it somehow aged 50 and she did good to milk it as much as she could but let's leave it at that.

Actually Joan does appear occasionally without wigs and I have to say she has lovely hair. And legs. Wearing wigs is a quick way to get dressed. Nothing wrong with that
