So I've been working out and making better choices with food for about 10 days and I feel so so good. I already see a big difference but I promised myself I wouldn't put too much pressure on myself this time, so I gave into my cravings tonight. Dont follow this toxic mindset though. You're not a dog that your body "deserves" a treat, no food is bad. Some foods are just higher in calories and lower in nutrients than other foods. Dont label foods as good or bad, such behavior can lead to binging and eating disorders way too quickly. Coming from someone who fell a victim to the diet culture and fell into anorexia/bulimia. Stay safe and eat in moderation, lots of love

Yes definitely everyone can do this since this is a strength training workout routine and our main goal is to always get strong and choose those exercises which help us become strong and at the same time loose fat and gain lean muscles. But if you're a total beginner, choose to do either less reps or do less intense version of the exercises you have difficulty in doing. Keep a watch on your form. Hope this helps. Bless you.😊

As someone who just got back into working out I almost considered stopping at doing two reps but I surprised myself by making it through the whole work out. This exercise was intense and while I know I didn’t do all the workouts correctly or even keeping up with Joanna that’s something I’m not even kicking myself in the butt for. I've been looking for this kind of workout video! It's so important to not only get sweating when it comes to working out, but doing excersizes slow and intense to work your muscles to build them up and avoid injuries or overdo it with working out. Cardio is not everything, and strength training should focus on exactly that and not getting my heartrate beyond fat burning zones. Thank you for this workout!!

ok so I tried this workout today, and I was skeptical I thought that this is easy since it doesn't require weights & jumping. but I was wrong!!!!!!! I was struggling even for the 1st set! I tell you it wasn't easy even for a person who does 5days workout in a week like me! But am so glad that I didn't skip and challenge myself to finish all the sets! I am covered with sweats and I love it!!!! I will do this workout probably 2-3 days a week cause I really love the burns !

I'm trying to get into shape, I weigh 163 and my goal weight is 120, I'm also 5'0 so this was my first day doing it I'll keep you guys updated on how it's going. I plan on doing this workout Monday, Wednesday, and fridays but today was an exception, here we go: 11/21/20- I thought this was going to be easy, and I was really excited to try it because I've been working out for almost a week now. BOY WAS I WRONG. It took me an hour and a half just to finish the entire video I had to take numerous breaks, it looks easy watching it but it really does test your strength. I'll update you on Monday. 11/25/20 It's Wednesday, and I'm still struggling but I'm doing it a little faster this time, I don't get tired as fast as I did the first time

This was too much for me, but I got through almost 2 reps. That said, I'm so grateful to be able to do these workouts during stay at home. I feel more toned, with a stronger core, and more motivated to eat right/stress eat less. Will attempt HIIT next!

At the initial stage , I dont know how to eat&exercise I randomly did some exercises from JSOH channel . At the same time , I was not flexible so it took me some more time to adapt to the moves . After that when I learned about how to eat , how to combine exercises & staying active all day etc then I got a faster results . I used to watch all nutrition videos of joanna soh , it gave me better knowledge about fitness . I think you are trying to lose weight , be confident . One day you will definitely reach your goal 😊

Barely made it to the end twice 2 months ago but Third times the charm ig🥵 came back to this workout....was kinda dreading it, still struggling with pushups but I completed this and definitely feeling stronger 😭💪

Hey joanna ..this one is the killer one but now I'm at 3rd week of your 1000 cardio and core burn challenge in that I have seen a lot difference in my body but no change in my tummy I donno why.. (previously I was 66 now I'm 60 just by doing Ur workouts in home..) I wish I could reduce my tummy also thank you Joanna

One of the bestest workout. I am doing joanna’ s other full body and abs workout and i have lost 5 kgs in 5 months. Bt this workout is just fire . I was literally drenched in sweat . Trust me it is not that easy bt u will feel much better and stronger after doing this

This was HARD! I’ve been doing the 8 week program for 1 month now, and I’ve been loving it 💕And I’ve never been soooo tired. I literally almost fainted at the end of the 3rd round and couldn’t finish the workout. How can she do this so fast!? And talking at the same time?😱 Joanna you are amazing, my idol 🙌🏼
