I'm doing this workout for almost two months almost every morning and I really see results. I didn't measure myself, but I took pictures where I can see change and also my friends and family told me I became leaner. Also, I feel so much better, I have more energy, I became more motivated and more proud of myself. When I feel tired or get my period, I do 10k indoor walk because it's easier. Now I want to challenge myself and do these two workouts at once and reach 10k steps every day at my home because it's winter now and I don't go out often

Lol i tried to combine both. But i ded like halfway through the third round of the second video. So for me I always manage to do 3 rounds. There are time constraint too. But this is definitely the more tiring workout than the 10K steps because this is 40secs work and 15sec rest. How many times did you combine both per week?

@BLACK PINK you should definitely consume more calories, and it depends on every person. we can't really tell you how much you'll lose based on this at all so do this at your own pace. and pls eat more!! i think you're not an adult yet and if you're going through puberty you need as much food as you can get since this is the time you'll be growing. so eat ok?

I have been working out with the same KZbinr for 6 years & have tried several others. This is the FIRST workout where I’ve SO ENJOYED not only the workout but the instructor as well. So likeable, pushes you, & I really enjoyed the format more than I thought I would. 31 weeks pregnant & this was pretty high intensity but nothing where I ever wanted to give up midway through. Doing this workout for 30 days! Starting date:15th March Weight:140 pounds/63kg Goal:132 pounds Eating around 1,350 cals a day with plenty water and doing intermediate fasting. Day 1: feeling very sweaty. Edit:i ended up binging today 😬 Day 2: my legs are sore from yesterday but I have done a good stretch today so hopefully I won't be that sore tomorrow. I did this workout along with a Pamela Reif inner and outer thigh workout!

@@gabb4122 you can't just follow someone else's diet and expect the same results cause every body is different, and accornding to your age, body weight and height you might have different caloric needs. But a good rule to follow is always feel half your plate with vegetables, a quarter with protein and a quarter with carbs. It's a good idea to opt for complex carbs, like whole grain bread, sweet potatoes etc but that doesn't mean you can't have rice or white bread. For fats, opt for small servings of quality , healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, nut butter, seed butter like tahini etc. Also, a big help is to eat mindfully and pay attention to how much you are eating. Start with a small portion and get seconds if you are actually hungry don't just finish a big plate of food just because it is in front of you. Also, exercise plays an important role. Joanna has plenty of videos you can choose from, just pick one that suits your needs best and stick to it. Aim for consistensy and try to make exercise a habit that brings you joy not a punishment or a means to an end. Last but not least try to shift your mindset and focus on your behaviors that you can control and not in the way your body will change or not. I mean what I try to do every day is make sure I drink enough water, eat home cooked meals not take out, eat at least one or two servings of vegetables, opt for whole grain bread or oats when I can and move my body as much as I can. But I also give myself permission to have some sweets, or white pasta, if I really want them or if that's what we are having in our house. So you see, I am also in the process of adopting a healthier lifestyle, in order to manage my pcos but I have tried many times before to go all out, expect fast result and have the perfect diet and exercise regime. That didn't work very well so this time I am trying a gentler approach and my main goal is to practice being patient with myself. Slow and steady wins the race, that's the quite I try to live by. @BLACK PINK it depends again on your metabolism, your age ( weight/height) . 1000 calories per day is too low and especially if you workout ... you can do what you want and of course i'm not a doctor but i know from experiences that it' not good and it can't be something you can do for a long time. So what i can recommend you is to workout ( this one is really cool or some other from her channel, you can do it everyday ) + eat healthy food (fruits/vegetables etc ) and 1200/1300 calories per day minimum is good . once again i dont know your age etc so it's hard to give you good advices. just please don't do extrem things

My daughter has bad anxiety and she’s super fit because she has to work out to keep anxiety and depression away. If she skips a week you can see the depression creep in. It works and she doesn’t have to take medication. Just try it for a few weeks and I bet it will help. Good luck and you’ve got this!

@@iamdora2090 yup .. I also initially felt how this simple exercises can be useful .. but it worked like a magic to me 😇 I did not follow any specific diet .. I just kept eye on my portion size and reduced deep fried and high calorie foods intake. I also used once a week as cheat day where I will eat the food I’m most craving but still portion control is very important. In this way I got to eat everything and also see the change on my weight. !!

I have done so many workouts in past five months but this is by far THE BEST workout I've come across. It's neither intense nor too beginner. It's for all kinds of people, especially someone who's recovering from a knee injury and can't do intense workouts, I'll recommend this to you. This helped my knee pain so much. After this I don't have to take my medication as much as I had to. I burn 350+ calories doing this workout. My ENTIRE body has toned a LOT especially my waistline, legs and core. I always had trouble engaging my core during workouts, but doing this helped me with that. This has also helped me with my balance during workouts, which I couldn't after ny knee problem started, so it really does help you with a lot. I have not taken my measurements nor weight but I'm sure that no workout has helped me get back in shape like this one did. And I'm leaving this comment here after doing this for over a month. So trust the results.

Just a quick tip for everyone.. don’t count the calories that you burnt.. do the workout to stay fit. I burnt around 120 calories in these 40mins which I think is pretty normal considering this workout was low impact. However, it sure got me dripping with sweat and that’s what I appreciate the most. @@jeanettecodrington4988 Lifting weights doesn't burn that many calories, but see it this way, it gives you bigger muscles and bigger muscles burn more calories while you're at rest, while cardio workouts only burn calories during the actual workout:)

I had a neck and then hand injury 2 years ago and have not been able to more much but feeling better now and slowly getting back into it. This video makes me feel so good to move my body. I take my time but I'm improving every day. I just want you to know that because of you I am getting my health back. You are amazing. Thank you for all you do.

I am 70. In quarantine ... Heart rate was 125bpm, covered 2.03km about 3000 steps. I guess I was going at a much slower rate than you, Joanna. But thank you. Made my quarantine more bearable, and heathy. Btw I did this while fasting!

I wanted to work out yesterday and found this. Decided to give it a try I thought it would be easy, cause am lazy asf. BOY was I wrong it had me sweating and feeling every part of my body the next day and I loved every second of it. It was low impact but still challenging. I was 106kg and I was on a 1200 diet. I want to post this so I can hold myself accountable and work towards my goal. Which is to be at a healthy weight which is 70kg. My height is 5.7inch. I highly recommend this workout especially for those who wants low impact. I have been trying for the past five days. I have dropped one kg ( of course with a balanced diet with less carbs and less sugar ) . My body feels light too. 3/3 : 57kg 8/3: 56.1kg 4/4: 55.3 kg 14/4 : 54.9kg 4/6: 55.5 kg Gained some weight in May as I was not feeling well on and off. Now starting my routine again. Hopefully I can reach my target 52kg soon. 🙏

My belly and arms felt this one for sure! I didn't keep proper track of how far it took me, but I burned 372 calories in 36 minutes! Between your workouts every night and a mile walk after lunch + just walking around my house, I'm averaging 10k steps a day! Just from Monday, I've burned 2383 cal, walked 8.38 miles, and took 19,839 steps! WOOHOO!! I have diabetes and borderline hypothyroidism so I think I lose fat at a slower rate than average, but I can definitely feel a change in strength. I've been workout out for 2 weeks now and I went through your 10k Indoor Step Challenge video yesterday without stopping at all. Baby steps, but I'm getting there!! I think this workout is tied for my fave with Billy Blanks Fit Sculpt Tae Bo workout. They both kick my butt in the best way.

This was such a good workout!! Absolutely loved it. I was feeling a little under the weather today and wasn't in the mood to do the regular cardio strength training. And then Joanna dropped this amazing workout. I ended up burning 260 calories ( just one round)!!! Thank you so much Joanna. Exercise ni membantu betul untuk beginners. Tapi saya tak buat pun setiap pagi, kadang tu petang atau malam. At first, susah jugak nak keep up dgn Joanna. I cant even do more than 7mins, always need more rest time. And now i can do it for 20mins. Trying to get until 30mins for this month. It's only been 8 days but i feel proud of myself. This is a great workout to build stamina and muscle. I gave birth 2 months ago; I was on bedrest for the full nine months and lost all my muscle. I could barely lift my kids. I started this workout two weeks ago and feel so much stronger. I can lift my 5 year old over my shoulders now with so much ease. Still can’t do a push-up though lol

For a 30 minute no jumping excercise? this is a must workout 👍🏻 My Doctor said I need to have a NO JUMPING excercise because my knees will be injured and so with this one, I'm happy that I sweat a lot! 👏 Still a starter but I will give you some feedback if I loose weight after somedays (And planning to have intermetent) Wish me luck but again and this is recommendable... @@gabb4122 all I’ve done was cut all sugar and fried, fast, processed food out of my diet, it made a massive difference, also I’m drinking more water, at 3 litres a day now, other than that was just exercising every day. I put it down to the exercise because the rest I had done before with none to very little success. I wish you luck and persistency on your journey to a healthier life

This is one of the best workouts... It's ideally timed. I don't feel completely burnt out after doing it... Step count : 3500 steps When done exaggerated workout - I burnt 500 calories including the cool down phase. Love it!

It does not feel like a low impact workout when I transform myself into a large puddle of water after finishing the exercise. I thank you Joanna wholeheartedly for inspiring me, a person with weak knees, to be more regular with workout schedule.
