Low calorie density is key. When you eat a high carb, low fat diet, the weight falls off effortlessly. It doesn’t really take much discipline and determination at all, unless that’s what you consider eating an abundance of delicious whole, starchy plant foods. No calorie counting, no tracking macros, no weighing food and certainly no crazy exercise. It’s easy.
@SoniaJbrt4 жыл бұрын
Don't need determination. I eat healthy carbs, love healthy carbs, eat healthy portion sizes and don't loose weight. If there is something that can make my digestive system and bladder work like they should, I would really love to know.
However, before we learn how to start a keto diet, we must develop a deeper understanding of what it is and why it is so effective. Knowing the what and why behind this way of eating plays an integral role in your keto diet success as well as knowing how to get started.

You also include videos for people of all diets, diets related to religion (which I've never seen anyone else do) and how to exercise and diet accordingly to our period. Which again, I've never seen anyone else do this,and it's always something I've struggled with. Your hard work is greatly appreciated, thank you!

Wow. This might be the most informative video I've ever seen about carbs. I really appreciate this and believe all of this to be 100% true. I used to do low carb on and off for a few years and it did work and helped, but I developed food allergies that I didn't have before too, I noticed. Ever since I started eating carbs I feel better and my hormones seem to be a bit more leveled out. This is just my own personal experience. Tfs Joanna!

Elevated levels of insulin cause weight gain. Insulin is the Fat hormone. I am diabetic. I have been eating low carb for 3 mo & have lost 28 lbs & am almost off my insulin. I agree with most of this. Suggesting 2 bananas is not good at all for the normal person. Majority of Americans are not doing intense/extreme exercise. All that wiil do is cause an extreme spike in blood sugar. 1/2 a banana is more realistic. Grains (carbs from grains) yes, they were part of the diet but not in the processed form & in the high qtys as we do today. Becareful with that. All this from experience and results from a person on their way to reversing their diabetes FOR GOOD.

They use less meat in their dishes, are active no matter their age, and subscribe to "hara hachi bu" (eat until 80% full). They seem to have less stress too, as evidenced by their very slow driving. Not so sure I could ever subscribe to doing that 😂 Thanks for an informative video that really delivered on its title!!

I needed this video so bad. I was on Keto Twice I got a Keto Rash Twice. The first time I ate my carbs then ruined the whole diet. Then I thought I could start again. I got a rash on my chest back and face. That was it. I enjoy Keto BUT Keto messes up my skin. I miss my exercises too. After some time on Keto I lost the strength to exercise. I had to stop. Also my sweat when it touched my skin it increased the Rash and itchiness 😓. I have a very sensitive skin so I cannot afford to not eat carbs anymore. I just lost appetite for refined carbs now after going Keto. It kind of changed my mindset and feeling about carbs. So I will be adding some of these Healthy carbs in my diet. My favorite fruit used to be banana growing up in fact banana was the only fruit I ate well until someone said carbs are bad. I'm going back. I love sweet potatoes too soo soo much. The fiber and fructo-oligosaccharides in bananas help feed butyrate producing bacteria in the colon, which helps with long-term weight loss, avoiding constipation and depression. Kiwi fruit is also good for the same reasons. Kiwi is also completely edible.
