Day 1 (11/06): Just finished the workout!! It was tough and I had to pause but I finished it :") Day 2 (12/06): Dragged myself through it today!🥵 I HATE THE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS SO MUCH. Love the shoulder workouts for some reason though, lol. Day 3 (13/06): Felt like the workout got done faster than usual today. Was initially feeling lazy so delayed it a little but it's done!☺️ Day 4 (14/06): Super late today but done😤 Day 5 (15/06): Done! I think I'm going to find a new workout for each day of the week. :) Day 6 (16/06): I took a rest day, didn't workout at all✨ Day 7 (17/06): Back on track, I'm still following this video, haven't started any new workout. Day 8 (18/06): Didn't work out today. Feels like I'm allowing myself to slack too much after the rest day I took on 16th🥺 Day 9 (19/06): Finished my workout early in the morning, that's when I feel the least lazy. Day 10 (20/06): Workout donee! Day 11 (21/06): Went for a walk today + jumped rope, I enjoyed the change ☺️🍃 Day 12 (22/06): I've switched to a lighter Tabata routine because of left shoulder's hurting, prolly cause my posture isn't too good w these exercises! Day 13 (23/06): Evening workout today, done!✨ Tabata is funnn Day 14 (24/06): Have an exam tomorrow, taking a break! Day 15 (25/06): Didn't work out today either. Exam's done. Plan to get back to my routine tomorrow!🤞🏼 PS- I am going to keep updating. Hopefully, that holds me accountable!😌 FINAL UPDATE - I lost 5kgs in all these days!!! 😭💃🏻 I didn't control my diet much, ate as usual but ensured I ate less food from outside and when I felt like eating junk, I kept the portions small. Lately I've lost consistency, as you can see in my daily log toward the end, but I'm going to get back at it again and make this a habit!!! Seeing results is so motivating, aaaah I'm really happy!!! ❤️ Stopping the updates here now, this comment has become terribly long lol, thank you for holding me accountable!❤️ BYEE

ive been doing this workout since may and it made me officially loose 20lbs. i did it while being in a deficit and also going for walks. this is always my go to video. just remember to not be too hard on yourself when youre starting. the first time i did this i couldnt to the second set but now i can do them all easily. i also do it when i wake up just to wake my system up.

My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

Great workout! This my first strength training workout. It wasn't easy, but I got through the entire video with no breaks except for a couple of random ads that came up. For anyone that's curious, my watch says I burned about 150 calories during this workout (I'm 5'3" and about 140 lbs)

I have been Joanna's workouts 4 days a week....had to cut 5 days because of joint issues but I was weighing exactly 183lbs when I started I am now at 150lbs and for some reason I am stuck....don't know why but I am consistent with Joanna's workouts and I eat clean 99% of the time. That's so great to hear! Good job! I cant wait to get these same results! This plateau is very normal based on all the research I have read. This is just my opinion and based on again, what I have read throughout the years. 🙂 They say at this point you have to re-evaluate your calorie intake, as in reduce it a few hundred calories , you are smaller now and don't need as many calories as you did at 183. By doing this you should begin to drop again....when and if you lose another 15-20 you will probably have to reduce another 100. Make sense? When you get to your ideal weight your body should self regulate, but obviously by following a healthy diet. OR if you already have a strict caloric intake, add 10 minutes to your cardio!! Good Luck!

You can do both. I am in the same boat as you (PCOS, and all) and you can alternate between strength training and yoga easily in the week. I understand the time concern but you just have to make the time..no other alternatives there though.

It's okay if you just do the strength training. I stopped yoga and am just doing workouts which includes weight training and Cardio. Well, my PCOS is fine now. You can chug out the menstrual days and give yourself a rest during 'that time' of the month.
