today marks my one month towards a healthy life. one month with your work outs and with you. i lost 1 kg in this month. i never thought that i would hve the drive in me and thought that I'd quit in a week. but i didn't. a big thanks to you for your help. i will go for as far as i can cause I've started to believe in myself and you hold a big part in my journey. thank you joanna, from the very bottom of my heart ❤

I truly almost never ever comment on any videos whether I like them or not, but I had to comment on here to let whoever is watching know that you can do this work out! I am 53 years old and in pretty good shape, but I was still nervous to do this wondering if it was going to leave me feeling like I was going to die! But I was able to do the entire work out and even added weight! This is not to say that it was easy because it absolutely was not my heart rate really got up and I’m sure I will be sore tomorrow. I have been doing mostly yoga and walking for the past couple of years and have been trying recently to incorporate strength training especially after seeing her videos. All I can say is, go for it, be consistent, start slowly and do it a couple of times a week. You’ll be surprised after doing it one time, that when you do it again it will seem a good bit easier! Anyway, so excited to have found this!

As she has said in the end " I challenge you to complete this workout and complete every single daily workout on fio app" means she's talking about the fio app daily challenge instead of this one. For this she have just said complete this workout,as far I'm able to understand. Btw nice to have your comment. Thank You 🙂🙏

I know this video was 2 years ago but finally I could found a workout video that I really enjoy! It was unexpectable I could did all sets without getting bored or exhausted. And I admire your great posture during workout. Thank you so much,❤❤

THIS IS AN AMAZING WORKOUT! Makes you feel absolutely amazing after its completion. I burn 210-250 calories doing this exercise and I only do this workout carrying 2KG Dumbells. Joanna, please make more Strength Training Fat Blaster Workouts!! It's one of the best and its own kind!

Wow this really challenged me especially the side + front raise because i only have one pair of weights (3kg each), can't reduce the weight. Also, i had to do the push up shoulder press on my knees, hopefully that still gives me a good workout for the arms! Day 68: 220 calories burned (38 mins) Fitness Device: Garmin Vivasmart4 Weight lost since Day 1: 2.25kg Body fat loss since Day 1: 1.3%(measured by Xiaomi Smart Scale)

This is a full length strength and conditioning workout to tone up and blast those fats!! Get ready and let's do this together. p/s if you do not have a pair of dumbbells, be creative, make your own weights by filling up bottles with stones or water!

So, this is my 3rd time doing this workout routine and so far it’s being awesome!! In 33 min i burn 303 active calories and 353 total calories ( using and Iwatch) Also, I’m using 5 lb weights since I’m just staring and don’t want to injure myself! Thanks Joanna!!

Hil! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 10 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 6 kg dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous thick biceps and massive strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

I got the results in more than 4 months! I lost the body fats, I noticed my face is slimmer. The only problem is my BELLY FAT!!! my belly fat is just the same as before! huhuhu. I know it has something to do with my diet ( i am filo so i eat rice a lot and I am trying to stop myself from excessing huhu) anyways, I am not stopping because I have been inspired by this woman! well done for helping people like me! :D

you should always inhale when doing the most challenging part of any workout ex squats, inhale going down exhale coming up

@@meixoxox after working out for sometime I do notice the difference. The correct way of breathing helps with correcting my posture, allow me do more reps n helps me engage the right muscle. At least that's in my experience

I just did this workout after all the beginner friendly no weight strength training work out and let me say, if you followed those work outs then this one is a piece of cake! (Given if your dumbell was 2kgs like mine lol) but I'm gonna increase the weights slowly and I can't wait to see the wonders this work out will do for my body!

I couldn't get the push up to shoulder press right ..I felt was doing it wrong...should I do something else during that time...or try to do the same even if it is not perfect ..and I did not sweat as much as you did

This is a really great workout, I was looking for a strength training workout that wouldn't just focus on the arms and I can still feel my stomach muscles being all, 'Woah! What just happened?!'

Hil! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 10 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 6 kg dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous thick biceps and massive strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated
