I truly almost never ever comment on any videos whether I like them or not, but I had to comment on here to let whoever is watching know that you can do this work out! I am 53 years old and in pretty good shape, but I was still nervous to do this wondering if it was going to leave me feeling like I was going to die! But I was able to do the entire work out and even added weight! This is not to say that it was easy because it absolutely was not my heart rate really got up and I’m sure I will be sore tomorrow. I have been doing mostly yoga and walking for the past couple of years and have been trying recently to incorporate strength training especially after seeing her videos. All I can say is, go for it, be consistent, start slowly and do it a couple of times a week. You’ll be surprised after doing it one time, that when you do it again it will seem a good bit easier! Anyway, so excited to have found this!

THIS IS AN AMAZING WORKOUT! Makes you feel absolutely amazing after its completion. I burn 210-250 calories doing this exercise and I only do this workout carrying 2KG Dumbells. Joanna, please make more Strength Training Fat Blaster Workouts!! It's one of the best and its own kind!

Wow this really challenged me especially the side + front raise because i only have one pair of weights (3kg each), can't reduce the weight. Also, i had to do the push up shoulder press on my knees, hopefully that still gives me a good workout for the arms! Day 68: 220 calories burned (38 mins) Fitness Device: Garmin Vivasmart4 Weight lost since Day 1: 2.25kg Body fat loss since Day 1: 1.3%(measured by Xiaomi Smart Scale)

So, this is my 3rd time doing this workout routine and so far it’s being awesome!! In 33 min i burn 303 active calories and 353 total calories ( using and Iwatch) Also, I’m using 5 lb weights since I’m just staring and don’t want to injure myself! Thanks Joanna!!

I got the results in more than 4 months! I lost the body fats, I noticed my face is slimmer. The only problem is my BELLY FAT!!! my belly fat is just the same as before! huhuhu. I know it has something to do with my diet ( i am filo so i eat rice a lot and I am trying to stop myself from excessing huhu) anyways, I am not stopping because I have been inspired by this woman! well done for helping people like me! :D

I just did this workout after all the beginner friendly no weight strength training work out and let me say, if you followed those work outs then this one is a piece of cake! (Given if your dumbell was 2kgs like mine lol) but I'm gonna increase the weights slowly and I can't wait to see the wonders this work out will do for my body!
