My school district has tons of money especially for Covid ESSER. They had CDC guidelines that the superintendent sent out to all staff. Sharing what schools should not do. If wearing a face covering would either cause a medical condition, or exacerbate an existing one, including respiratory issues that impede breathing, a mental health condition or a disability. It caused great harm to me and they fired me because of my opinion. Only alloud me to take 16 weeks FMLA plus 4 medical leave and would not grant me work from home like they had the previous year. Blocking UC as well not lovely people.

In your experience, how do covert narcissist employers handle or approach a discrimination, sexual harassment, claim? How is battling one of them (represented by an attorney), differ versus a “normal “ business owner “ during mediation/trial? I think many discrimination etc cases are caused by covert narcissists.

Excellent video and I have a quick question. Maybe you can use this as a topic. My employer issued me a disciplinary action for attendance issues. I appealed it, alleged inconsistencies and so forth. I also filed a lawsuit alleging gender discrimination, yet they upheld my disciplinary action at every turn. On the other hand, a co-worked which is a male as well, was also given a disciplinary action for attendance issues. He appealed his disciplinary action alleging discrimination and he also asked for an audit. Due to what the audit revealed, his disciplinary action was reversed. My co-worker hasn’t filed a lawsuit yet, is this considered retaliation against me? Both audits happened very closely in time. My audit was part of their rebuttal statement and his audit occurred in house. Thanks in advance.

Ok Vince you really confused me. So a company doesn't have the money the plaintiff is pretty much screwed? Then what's the point of suing them for their wrong actions? Is this different when its a municipality and a federal case ?

Yeah, that is kind of my point. You need to keep in mind if you can collect. With a municipality usually they find the money.

Depends where you are, what claims you plead, what your damages calculation is built on but generally yes that should certainly be possible.
