Can i refuse to sign a confidential agreement? Whats the worst thing that can happen if i refuse to sign? How can i make sure that the company will get fined for breaking federal law?

If you have a ADA/FMLA case and the client has direct evidence for 90% and strong circumstantial for the rest. The Attorney is certain he can win, so why settle why not go to trial if the attorney will get paid regardless if the case is won? Will the arbitration agreement I signed or any other confidential agreement that I may potentially sign with EEOC stop me from talking about the details of the case? I want to make videos go on social media to bring awareness i don't want to have to keep quiet about anything. . If I play the Audio recording on social media can i get sued?

Can i sue for defamation? Will i know if EEOC investigates for disparate impact? Why would an attorney only want to represent me to settle and use not filing a charge with EEOC as leverage. If I signed an arbitration what happens with my EEOC Charge sense you cant get a right to sue? Can you give it your best shot at how a company with over 350 employees a multi million dollar company with multiple sites all over the world. How can 15 minutes create a hardship? Its been a couple of months and im still devastated.
