First of all well done nice tutorials, however this ONLY applies to the U.S market. In Australia I have never been asked to work on virtual environment to showcase your talent/skills that you know about AD or other things in an interview. It seems to me only people who can bullshit a lot will get the job. This leaves me highly qualified but not able to work in I.T at least in the Australian market, maybe should try the U.S job market it seems way more on point with the actual work.
