I like it.. Great thought process.. I would add one thing tho.. I would maybe want pinch weld clamps, that are adjustable and removeable like a frame machine has in case you need to clamp the car down so that it doesnt shift when removing pieces that may allow it to tilt or flex

I think it's a good idea. When I did my 65 , I just went by the seat of my pants guessing. It the out decent, but a jig would make for a better job. I'm watching game learning.

Looks good. I don't think you will need the angle iron tabs since your bolt hole will locate the upright.

It’s looking workable so I think I need to start looking for a boat trailer. 😟 My son scrapped many over the years. We don’t have boats but he got with other deals.

now that I see your vision , what a great idea. Car is level and secure but still mobile. Now you can cut it up and not worry things go out of alignment. Going to be real handy for the FB conversion.

How did you level the car front to back? Are the tops of the front frame rails level? I've heard not to use the rocker panel seam as a level reference point.

I’m using the rocker panels as level points. It really doesn’t matter as long as I have all the bracing correct. Everything will go back where it was.
