But because of Tech today they are getting exposed funny thing allot of cops still do these things knowing they are being videoed what's that tell you . tells me its open season on us the people. and if you notice the people they go after are the people who can't fight back and they know once a person is in the system their lives are destroyed .its not a country of 2nd chances any more and your day in court is the lets make a deal show .

dolphins blu. seams like they shouldn't have the key. They park and some one else comes to get the tape. Wait why using tapes and not digital.
@dolphinsblu6 жыл бұрын
SiFiFreak when you think of it, two officers were involved in this situation.. So having another officer get it from the car probably wouldn't do any better. I totally agree, I don't understand why it's not digital, it's not like the technology doesn't exist and I would think it would be easier to keep track of... You know, so it's not "accidentally" taken home and locked up on "accident" in anyone's basement for a year or so...
@SiFiFreak6 жыл бұрын
dolphins blu yeah I get you. I'm still holding out that the majority not officers are good. The guy took the tape home for a year or that there were two officers involved is kind of moot. This guy had plenty of time to edit it himself then turn it in. The officer shouldn't have access to the system to preserve chain of custody if the officer did something wrong. Body cams and personal recordings are the only way to combat/deter mass police corruption. Though even those don't tell the whole story. Cops should be 100% on board with documenting everything. Sure they will do something wrong eventually because no one is perfect. But they then can tote out their record that it was a mistake. That would preserve the mission of the cops.
@dolphinsblu6 жыл бұрын
SiFiFreak I agree with you it's just sad that it's not a better system. I would like it to be where no one is touching anything, it's all automatically uploaded into what ever system after each call, and there absolutely no way of tampering with it at all.

www.fox19.com/story/37196420/exclusive-butler-county-corporal-under-investigation-chose-to-retire-early/ By Stefano DiPietrantonio and Jennifer Baker | January 5, 2018 at 2:18 AM EST - Updated August 15 at 6:17 PM BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A Butler County corporal will retire with full benefits Friday amid an investigation after he was captured on a police body camera shoving a handcuffed suspect and then allegedly striking him in the backseat of a cruiser. Corporal Michael Brockman has been on paid administrative leave since Dec. 2 and planned to retire before a Fairfield police sergeant complained about his use of force during an OVI checkpoint, Sheriff Richard Jones said Thursday. So, rather than drag the veteran law enforcement officer through six months of an investigation, the sheriff said Brockman chose to retire early.

This explains everything if you follow in order...Please share on FB as to expose this corruption. A Federal Lawsuit has been filed. The below link is a certified copy of the videotape provided by a judge’s permission that is CURRENTLY in evidence. The problem is the above videotape is NOT the videotape played in criminal trial. The videotape in evidence currently has been EDITED/MANIPULATED. The videotape played in trial contained several minutes of snow/static to fill the void you see when the video cuts out at 03:00:06 then immediately resuming at 03:06:17. The videotape played in criminal trial also showed Deputy Brockman pulling away from the scene at the end of the stop. Audio and written trial transcripts support this fact, at least one juror from criminal trial Jody Barr interviewed for his story and several others who attended trial. This was not discovered until Jody Barr brought this to the attention of myself and my attorney after he copied the videotape from evidence. Jody Barr also received a judge’s permission to copy the videotape in evidence which he used in his story prior to his departure to KXAN in Austin, Texas to. Deputy Hatfield has destroyed evidence in the past (Freedom of Information Act). Former Deputy Brockman stored the videotape in his basement until it was discovered during mid-trial. He testified the audio did not work nor did he turn off the dash cam that night. Specifically, he testified before a jury that he did not know until sometime after that night the audio wasn't working and it must have happened during the transfer of the system to his assigned patrol car. Clearly you can her the audio working as Deputy Brockman is setting the dash cam for his shift that night and again after the manipulated areas of the night in question. Deputy Brockman has now testified in deposition that he in fact turned off the dash cam. In civil deposition, Deputy Brockman acknowledged that the additional videotapes stored in his basement have been destroyed rather than being logged into evidence. I wonder whose due process that could have affected? Mike Gmoser and the Butler County Sheriff's Office continue to cover-up this incident despite a specific request from my criminal attorney to address the absence of the several minutes of snow/static and deputy leaving the scene. These are our elected officials that condone this type of criminal behavior and interference of due process, then allow these individuals to remain employed and compensated for their CRIMINAL acts? www.cleveland19.com/story/37025118/after-no-confidence-vote-butler-co-prosecutor-restricts-sheriffs-office-access-to-his-office Seems pretty easy to me as to how that videotape was accessed after trial by the article above… urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__youtu.be_ihf5reubOzI&d=DwICAg&c=eVunvma8zl9l67TuxnHARlplyQ9WuRmL-niZRa5x0gA&r=hqINDfd6Z4HRJtaEeGx2rPv5hJwvmA_LJ8nDeRYloyk&m=h6AvNeDY1pyL0curf7tIyfgcXcr2barIXi8TUlokmqY&s=CAbQNym7UcDfgncaxvcGz8FUUpIaKLDCtMf3OxzZiFI&e= kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWqpYYh3o75ppaM kzbin.info/www/bejne/sIGue2R7dtSmedU kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZKoopyofamIiLM kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5iUgJuvqMd_a7c kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKuuopt5hLuEias www.fox19.com/story/37196420/exclusive-butler-county-corporal-under-investigation-chose-to-retire-early
