I'm 65 and have always been a lover of blues but I had forgot what real good blues was until Joe bonamassa came to my attention. Live long and prosper Joe

Joe is the most impressive guitarist I have ever seen live, the sound quality when he plays live is excellent.

Joe blows them all away in this classic. And close ups of his hands were much appreciated. Joe has the hands of an artist.

being a Brit, I have to say Gary Moore (R.I.P), the most under-rated guitar player of his life time.I saw Gary two times in London and Glasgow. Gary played with heart. Gary deserves more acknowledgement and recognition. Yes, Joe I love your interpretation of Mid Night Blues too. Still its touching.

OMG, unbelievable. I'm speechless to the way he handles the guitar. WOW, what talent.

Yes, it is a tribute to Gary Moore who was another master of the blues. I have two of each of his CD's for when one gets scratched and I still am saddened by his untimely death but his spirit lives on in his music. RIP Gary.

When he makes that guitar sing and cry at the same combined with his haunting voice, it kicks my insides around. Oh Lord.

He has the talent of an angel in a man's body. Incredibly good pick by the Big Guy to dispense his best gift of talent to a guy like Joe. He's a good man, a credit to his profession, and he took his amazing gift, recognized it for how special it was, and then he ran with it. We are so lucky to have him during our lifetimes.
@ariellyn72537 жыл бұрын
That long guitar intro is absolutely divine. Then that voice. He does this song so well. Gary Moore did a great job on it too; it's just their styles are different and I love both of them.Sadly only one is alive to continue the legacy of the blues.

He's mixed his own "brew" of blues, rock, intelligence, love, lust, pain and hope into that Gibson!!! This is a true Classic...lots of guys with guitars are gonna dust off that guitar and "plug in" to try and get "that tone..." I'm doing that now...Flat out fricken awestruck..

Shamed to admit I never heard of him till I was stuck on I-10 for six hours 10 miles west of Texas goin home from FL. I got so bored I started constantly flipping thru asll my pre-sets & I discovered some GREAT BLUES GUITARISTS like this guy so I'm home now and I'm looking them up on KZbin and it's kept me sane. The guy in this one video is incredibly good looking. I'd give him my cell #......lol.

I don't know how anybody can say anything bad about his music, or him, but they do. I've been listen to him for about three years now and I don't think I can remember a bad song yet. Just a great talent.

Amen! They never seem to credit Peter Green or his protege' Danny Kirwan with the OBVIOUS influence they brought to blues rock-but those of us that know can hear it in many bands-this guy is a new refreshing reminder of that great rock we grew up with-the tone, vibrato so pure and strong!

There's something about this specific recording this song that makes it, in my opinion, the very best of any of the others that he's done over the years. But this one is unique, hauntingly beautiful, and sung with a very special tone to his voice. And the guitar solo!!!!!!! OMG!! He's the king. His fingers fly over the strings. He is definitely the best in his class at this time.
