ive noticed recently that how you 'feel' you played vs the stats sometimes surprise for better or worse, like recently ive felt ive played well in games and its been a 69/75 average but then ive played a game where i felt it was steady and it was a 90+ just a weird thing to see.

67, you'll never be as good as you could have been in terms of consistency, but you can always get better than you think :) never give up, Iv seen players win events of 78yrs old. :)

How do you train to push with your wrist not your arm ?

Darw with the wrist into a small pause, decelerat building the moment into the back of the hand with the arm relaxed, then just flick the wrist and let the arm drop, don't push with the arm :)

If you are very tall, like 2m? Is it then still needed to kick a dart? No need for the height...

Ita not essential to to kick the dart, essentially when taller but 26 out of the top 32, do kick the dart. It can be easier to keep the straight and to make targets bigger. That said you can also just use an small flight and throw later so that they lay down. That's also opens the bed up. :)
