"...In order to meet its obligations fully, the Commission has investigated each rumor and allegation linking Oswald to a conspiracy which has come to its attention, regardless of source. In addition, the Commission has explored the details of Lee Harvey Oswald's activities and Page 244 life, especially in the months immediately preceding the assassination, in order to develop any investigative lead relevant to the issue of conspiracy. All of Oswald's known writings or other possessions which might have been used for code or other espionage purposes have been examined by either the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the National Security Agency, or both agencies, to determine whether they were so used.1 In setting forth the results of this investigation, the first section of this chapter reviews the facts related to the assassination itself, previously considered in more detail in chapter IV. If any conspiracy did exist, it might have manifested itself at some point during Oswald's preparation for the shooting, his execution of the plan, or his escape from the scene of the assassination. The Commission has therefore studied the precise means by which the assassination occurred for traces of evidence that Oswald received any form of assistance in effecting the killing."...-The Warren Report-

While Joe is incorrect about the _"Magic Bullet"_ ricocheting off the underpass, he's spot-on about how the impact with multiple bones will result in a huge amount of deformation of the bullet. He's also correct about more bullet fragments were pulled out of Governor Connolly, than were missing from the _"Magic Bullet."_ Re: The notion of not being able to make the shot with the Mannlicher-Carcano, which was eventually claimed as the murder weapon... What Joe isn't aware of, is that even the FBI had to admit that in order for anyone to use that specific scope in that specific rifle, they would have needed to use a shim, in order to accommodate the mounting screws. The scope's mounting screws were long enough, so that when the scope was mounted without a shim, the screws protruded sufficiently into the chamber, so as to prevent the bolt action from chambering a round. The only way to do it without a shim, would be to chamber the round first; then mount the scope; and then aim & fire. Doing it this way would make it 100% impossible to get off more than 1 shot, because by the time anyone managed to chamber another round, the target would be gone. It also goes without saying that the Zapruder film confirmed the kill shot came from the front. That too, eliminates the Oswald-Lone Gunman theory.

I would've thought that a bullet going through a skull would've shown much more damage basically what we're all thinking a mangled up bullet, but it's actually not the case this round depending on jacketing and velocity and some other things actually has a very good chance coming out looking a whole lot better than you'd think, just as untouched/pretty looking as that bullet! I'm not touching the whole conspiracy or making an opinion I'm saying that bullet will not always come out mangled like you'd think and there's a chance that the bullet shown is actually the one!

He's not correct on ANY of those points. The amount of lead extracted from (and remaining in) Connelly was perfectly consistent with the weight of the stretcher bullet. That bullet only struck glancing blows at Connelly's rib and wrist (not head-on) and thus was not heavily deformed.

Its funny how people like West and Skeptic Magazine Shermer are only skeptical and apply their logical faculties to non guvz approved narratives - they're naturally skeptical about Bigfoot, The Yeti, Tooth fairies, aliens etc. (as they should be)... BUT when it comes to JFK, building sleven c0ll@pse etc. (and the clear indicators that the official story is deeply flawed), THAT is when they disable their skepticism and brains 😂 Something is very off here lol Either they're being purposely obtuse and actively trying to not get into trouble because they have access / careers / families to protect OR they're just not as bright as they think they are and are the victims of a sizable cognitive dissonance they are just unable to correct for. Governor John Connally's account of the assassination shows that the single bullet theory is false if you compare it with the Zapruder film. This is something that I really only noticed recently. Connally said that when he heard the first shot, he turned to the right to see where the shot came from. He stated that when he was turning back to the left, facing forward, he felt an impact to his back, throwing him forward. He noticed he was covered with blood and realized he had been shot. His wife then pulls him down into her lap. Seems straight forward, and everything. At least that's what I always assumed. I figured the shot through Kennedy's back and through his throat entered Connally's back, exited his chest, hit his thigh, and wrist. Ok, sounds reasonable I guess, right? I never thought anything of it, until I actually compared Connally's account with the Zapruder film itself. This is where it gets interesting. The Zapruder film shows that Kennedy was shot in the back BEFORE Connally turned to the right. Connaly, according to his own account hadn't been shot yet, but Kennedy is hunched forward clutching his neck. Therefore, that shot DIDN'T hit Connally. So where did the bullet that exited Kennedy's neck go? If you watch the Zapruder film, at the moment Kennedy reacts to the throat wound, Connally's jacket collar flap seems to flip up. Perhaps the bullet exited Kennedy's throat, passed through Connally's jacket collar flap and either ended up in a car seat back or perhaps the front windshield of the car. Some witnesses claim they saw a bullet hole in the windshield. The bullet could have then struck the curb by the overpass. Now Connaly turns to his left, which is the moment he claimed he felt the shot to his back. He states he felt something like a fist slamming into his back, which threw him forward. When you look at the Zapruder film, this happens at the exact instant that Kennedy is shot in the head, not in his back. Could the bullet that hit Kennedy in the head be the one that also hit Connally? I don't know. The bullet trajectory doesn't seem to line up. But Connally was definitely shot at the same time as Kennedy's head shot. No doubt about it. Therefore, the single bullet theory is definitely false. Do your own comparison and you will see what I mean.

100% The final head shot came from the front. 1. The Zapruder film shows his head going back 2. It blew a piece of his brain onto the back of the limo that Jackie crawled back to retrieve 3. Jackie handed the piece of brain to the doctor at the hospital. If the shot came from the rear, everything would have gone forward. There were also holes in the limo, a bullet hit under the underpass, bullets came from 3 directions. It was a triangular kill zone.

I'm actually currently studying advanced ballistics and I can attest to the fact that a bullet will DRASTICALLY deform upon impact with rigid surfaces, such as bone. And even in the extremely unlikely circumstances that the bullet passed through soft flesh, as Joe stated, the round would have deformed with impact with the wrist. And even if in the impossibility that the bullet hits no bone, IT WOULD STILL DEFORM when it lodges itself in the damn car. The idea that a bullet would impact into a vehicle in such pristine condition is absurd to me.

Paul Landis just said he pulled the bullet from the back of JFK's seat. 60yrs and he finally comes forward. He put the bullet on JFK's gurney, not Connally's. That bullet looks exactly what I would expect from a 6.5mm round nosed 161gr clipping a transverse process of the spine, which then lodged in the seat. If it hit Connally's ribs, it would have had more nose deformation. Connally's chest injury is consistent with a round that fragmented.

If there were more than one in it, then I am sure Oswald was not. The KGB investigation, unknown at the time, found that it was a pro team of assassins hired in the French Corsican _Golden Triangle_ early in 1963 and that Oswald was not a participant. It took thirty years later for the KGB Report (as opposed to the Warren Report) to be found after the fall of the USSR. I can see why. You can't have the isolated loner story and then also say Oswald was part of a crack team that was extraordinarily _successful_ on the day. The KGB saw through that. Does it mean I know who pulled the fatal trigger? No, it does not. But it does give me ideas. What if E. Howard Hunt's death bed confession was true. He named Lucien Sarti (see Google) and so have underworld figures in Europe too. His location at the time has not been nailed down and this was just the type who could do it. Would it not be crazy that we now know what happened, but it was never officially recognised, and hence the 'secret' is hiding in plain sight? What I mean is this, if the truth came to light, would it ever, or never, be recognised. *_Truth loses again!_*

I agree, the head shot is an easy shot. However, the head shot after “2” previous shots from an old bolt action rifle at steep angles (the first “2”shots), under pressure, with tree branches in the way and then getting back on target for the final head shot is a different story.
@stewartj3407

@@stewartj3407 You are correct, there were not tree branches in the way by his third shot which is what I indirectly said in the original post. The third shot could have easily been been done IF he hadn't fussed around with the first two shots. This required LHO to come off target two times due to cycling the bolt action and then get back on target for the final head shot. Not impossible, but.... It was a 4X scope and according to googled pictures of Oswald's view through a 4x scope it wouldn't of been that big at all, plus it was a moving target (~7mph away, but still moving). Lucky shot? Very possible.. I doubt we will ever know the truth. BTW- Carlos Hathcock (look him up if you don't know who he is) said this “I don’t know how many times we tried it, but we couldn’t duplicate what the Warren Commission said Oswald did." Oswald was barely a Marksman in the Marines so if Hathcock and many other professional snipers like Craig Roberts couldn't do it I highly doubt Oswald could. I've been to Dealey Plaza and saw the angles. It is different in person and those angles are much steeper than any video will show, especially the first couple shots that would be taken. Like I said in my original post, the head shot ALONE wouldn't be that difficult in my opinion. It's that it's a follow-up shot to all the other shit that happened prior to it that makes it so difficult. So difficult that professional snipers couldn't do it.
@stewartj3407

The actual silver medalist from the olympics said it would be easy to do. Does that hold much weight with you? And the time he based that statement on is even wrong. You realize the Warren commission had it at 5.6 seconds right? Which was still possible, based on many independent experiments over the years. But now that has been proven to be way too low. The consensus is now its atleast 8.8 seconds. And if zapruder didn’t catch the full sequence it’s over 11 seconds. It was easily doable, plain and simple.

Of the several marksmen that tried to replicate Oswald's three shots, only one managed to do it. Donahue was only successful on his "third" try. So he also has said on record he does not believe Oswald could have fired all three shots successfully. Another point to consider about the magic bullet theory is if this bullet did in fact go through both men and struck bone twice along the way and remained in such pristine condition, should we not expect the bullet that struck the president's head to survive the impact in similar condition? With that in mind, should not the trajectory be somewhat predictable? If so, where did that bullet go after impact? Should it not have struck the interior of the limousine somewhere?
@icebergs411
@icebergs411 3 жыл бұрын
There are actually two possibilities. The window was "cracked" near rear view mirror which had a lead smear or particles on inside. The interior chrome strip over the windshield was also hit with what appears to be the nose of a bullet. Did the head shot break apart and bullet nose hits chrome strip and tail frag hits windshield? It's plausible, and that's the SS FBI adjustment of evidence to fit this scenario. I would expect any damage to limo from head shot would align with the view from Sixth floor window to limo at z313 as seen through the scope of rifle in Shaneyfelt and Fraziers recreation. Back would should exit JFKs chest about nipple height. (As was shown in a History Channel reenactment,,, which they edited out but outakes are on youtube) Anyways the fragments or whole bullets should have struck seats of floor but instead are 'nearly exiting' the car! If a pristine bullet hits both Kennedy and Connally and is nearly pristine after seven wounds and crushing solid bones and is only slightly ovaled ... and is missing its copper jacketed base!!!! Where the hell is the base of 399. Was this CE399 bullet the head shot that loses its 6.5mm base and this is scene on anterior ap Xrays of JFKs skull? It's odd to say the least. Or did 399 strike a limb tumble and enter backwards into Kennedy's back taking a punched out piece of coat/shirt into the wound at a downward angle stopping after bruised top of lung not penitration of pleural cavity as seen by probe through back wound into chest cavity during autopsy So did base/primer fragment of 399 enter the same back wound already detached from 399 and surfs upward to exit JFKs trachea puncture both layers of his shirt collar leaving vertical slits and then leaves an oval shaped horizontal abrasion on the extreme left side of Kennedy's ties knot. Did the copper base of 399 make these wounds and damaged clothing in this way and exited vehicle? The necessary trajectory for these bullet strikes and multiple wounds still doesn't align with a TSBD Sixth floor sniper. The autopsy of jfk was clear that there was to be no probing or dissection of neck wound.... really!!! Have you seen the Bethesda neck wound... it's no tracheostomy over a 5mm hole... and what the heck happened to his right forehead. These wounds appear altered. So autopsy back probe did not exit throat. That's a concern. Add the claims of a bullet striking pavement behind limo early in shooting.(fire cracker) A bullet missing the limo later in sequence striking a curb at far end of Plaza a ricochet fragment striking James Tagues face. So to answer you have bullet hitting pavement Bullet hitting curb. Bullet hitting chrome strip. Bullet hitting windshield. If the bullets don't fit you must acquit.

@@icebergs411 I have discussed this assassination details with attorneys and authors on the subject. Your reply is one of the most comprehensive I have read so far. Great work! There is so much wrong with the magic bullet theory. First of all, do you know that this entire scenario is the product of one man's opinion? He was an attorney from Pennsylvania by the name of Arlen Spector. As we all know, attorneys are not necessarily interested in the truth. Their job is to convince a jury of what they say happened. If successful, this version of events will protect the attorney's client from prosecution. In this case, the client is the CIA, FBI, Secret Service, and many others. Spector was no ballistics expert, just another attorney trying to get his client off the hook. I have more to say about this. I will get back to you later.

I'm sure you are aware that Dr. Humes burned his first draft of the autopsy, but are you aware that Humes was required to have all of his details and conclusions of the autopsy reviewed by Arlen Spector before they could be released? Joe Rogan’s answer to this would be that bullets do strange things when they hit bone. While I agree that that’s possible, I think that there was a shooter from the front right of the presidential limousine, which is consistent with the shooter on the grassy knoll. For me, James Files gives a consistent account and I find him very credible. If Mr Files wasn’t the shooter on that hill, he must’ve had first hand information from the perpetrator.

A full metal jacket is meant to stay pristine. It goes in and out. It was created because of the Geneva convention. It’s meant to take a soldier off the field. Problem is… the kill shot was frangeable bullet. Meaning it exploded on impact… it was intended to do the most damage. Not a full metal jacket. The thing is Howard Donahue… a ballistics expert and gunsmith was asked to look at the ballistics from the Warren report and write a something supporting it. He agreed. But as he looked at it and studied it… he saw that the trajectory didn’t work for the kill shot. He deduced that the kill shot could only have come from the back and left… his study pointed to the secret service trailing car where a new secret service man with a newly introduced ar15 fell backwards when the car sped up after the first shot.

There was evidence that Oswald never shot a weapon, they did powder test on his clothes and him the day he was taken in. The report stated he had no powder residue, if your supposed to shot, JFK, and then a cop you have residue. Also they have video of a man looking like Oswald in a suit when they were taking him in the room with the FBI. The last part that is weird is Oswald was on a the FBI watch list and was being watched till a week before the assassination. That all on record and everyone that hinted at knowing something mysteriously passed away. Why they said he couldn’t make the shoot, is because of we’re he was suppose to be, and the route of the 3 shot. It has been proven in court in the 70s that there were at least 4 shots. Why they say he could make all 3 shoots is from the first to last shoot , he could make first easy but last 2 shots JFK was no longer visible from were all 3 shots we’re supposed to be taken. That why more that 1 shooter. Being a former marine and we’re you shoot with no scope at target up to 550 meters, even a marine with just a mark man badge with a scope could hit with the shot. But not the 3 because he was out of visibility of Oswald spot after the first round

And Joe’s wrong about the 3 shots being possible. Because Oswald is supposed to have fired all 3 in 5.6 seconds. When the FBI test fired the alleged rifle (6.5mm Mannlicher Carcano) they found it took a minimum of 2.3 seconds to reload in between shots. Based on the Zapruder film, the Warren Commission concluded Kennedy and Connally were shot 1.6 seconds apart. Abraham Zapruder’s camera filmed at 18.3 frames per second. Do the math. Oswald couldn’t have done it.

For me, it's not unbelievable that Oswald was the only shooter. I visited Dealey plaza and the sixth floor museum and honestly the shots were between 50 and 80 yards. Fairly easy for someone who qualified as a sharpshooter. The echo off the surrounding buildings account for any alleged extra shots heard
@kotosquito
@kotosquito 7 жыл бұрын
Oswald was trained and tested in shooting and he scored 212 in December 1956, slightly above the requirements for the designation of sharpshooter.[21] In May 1959 he scored 191, which reduced his rating to marksman.[21][39]...Well, maybe he could have done it. I was thinking he was a poor shot, but I guess not. Also, one of the shooters said he bit into a shell and dropped it on the ground on the grassy knoll, and a bullet like that, with a notch bitten into it, was recovered recently. Some of the best evidence for conspiracy is motive. There was plenty of motive, from some pretty dark and scary people. It doesn't prove that they actually did it, but they were the kind of people who would actually do it. And it got done.

“It was only a *couple hundred yards* making that shot on a target the size of a human head is *easy!”* Years ago I hit an eight inch plate at 100 yards with a 1 MOA rifle and was really proud of myself. If the damn thing was moving and amongst a backdrop of thousands of living, animated distractions I wouldn’t have stood a chance. The fact that the target was in motion and perhaps six inches around changes the circumstances drastically. Even if it is doable, saying that it’s “easy” is asinine.

@@choklatecheeseburger Thanks, Sam, I really wanted your insight. I never claimed to be "very good" or even "moderately good", but I am *as good* or better than every guy I've ever been on range with who claims to be a great long-range shot. Lot of hypothetical superstars out there - until they get a rifle in their hands and make an ass out of themselves. Then they say "it is just an off day". My favorite was a guy in Arizona I met while I was working out there. He was the neighbor next to a house my boss and I were flipping. We talked hunting, and he told us he had just tagged a Coues Deer at 400 yards. With a head shot. My boss and I told him how amazing he was, but when he left we got a good laugh at his expense. I had never shot with such clarity as Arizona offers, the long view makes objects even at 1,000 yards visible, so we went shooting one day and invited the superstar neighbor to come along. He brought his boobs along with him, and his 7mm that he made the expert shot with. The goofball couldn't even hit a goddamned silhouette at 250 from a *bench rest* (neither could I) and we waited for his excuse. It was an off day, he was tired... He never made the goddamned shot to begin with. You might be a great shot, but statistically speaking it is far more likely that you are an internet wannabe giving your take with no experience. You can't fault me for rolling my eyes, Sam. I'm not "very good" but I bet I'm as good as you.

The scope needed to be shimmed in order to be properly adjusted before making a shot; it didn’t get knocked out of sight adjustment from being handled. It’s in the report. In addition, the “magic bullet” was supposed to have passed through Kennedy, into Conleys back, shattered a rib, exited below his nipple, entered Conleys wrist, shattered a thick bone before exiting the opposite side of his arm and lodged in Conleys left inner thigh. People need to read the reports. It’s insane, Conleys doctor clearly wrote how he had to dig the projectile out of Conleys leg.

@stephenperrone8694
@stephenperrone8694 Жыл бұрын
The guy was Ex- military Mafia hitman James(Sutton) Files. He names the other Mafia guys too. Johnny Roselli and Chuck (Charles)Nicoletti. He says he aimed for JFK's right eye, and at the instant he pulled the trigger JFK's head moved slightly forward(?almost simultaneous rear head shot?). Then Files' "mercury load" hit JFK just above and right of the right eye. This we see on the Zapruder film. JFK's head BLASTS back and to his left and we see blood,etc shooting upward and backward. And Jackie reaches to recover some of the ejected material from the decklid of the Lincoln. Additionally, the motorcycle policeman trailing behind was splattered with blood and brain material. JFK had a huge hole in the back of his head. That is called the occiput. From that hole was protruding the CEREBELLUM. Cerebellar tissue is only in the back of the head as it is different material than the rest of the brain. Cerebrum(front brain material)was vaporized by the liquid "mercury load" explosion from the front. JFK's brain is still missing to this day because it would be impossible to remove all traces of that mercury. And it could be found by simply X-Raying that preserved brain. Also, let's give them the single bullet assumption. That bullet supposedly passed through JFK's upper back, may have hit a vertebrae in JFK, neatly exited JFK's throat, then hit Connolly in his upper back, caused bone damage by hitting his 4 rib, exited just under his right nipple, struck his right wrist shattering a wrist bone into 4 pieces leaving behind bullet fragments, then exiting and striking Connolly in his thigh. And "magically" this said bullet was found only slightly deformed on a stretcher. And yet, the supposed rear head bullet was never found because it and JFK's head "exploded." So two bullets' physical behavior acting completely differently. One passing through two humans and causing much bone damage yet recovered deformed but intact. And another bullet hitting one human head exploding the head and itself unrecovered because it too exploded. Must be two different types of bullet composition. According to real autopsy evidence, there was a small entrance wound in the front right side of Kennedy's head, and a huge gaping hole in the back of his head with cerebellar material protruding. Those photos went missing after the photographer was killed in his office. Joe Rogan said that as a hunter, when a bullet hits bone it always gets deformed significantly.

What is kinda interesting is that according to Joe, if I understood correctly, the bullet that was found couldn't have been the actual bullet because it was in too much of a pristine condition, but yet at the same time the single shot wasn't possible, because the bullet was in too pristine condition. Basicly he's saying that the bullet that was found wasn't the actual bullet, but when debunking the single shot theory he pretty mucj bases his conclusion on that it was the actual bullet

@Craig Dendy it's actually not. You just need to understand science and math. Plug in information and it matches. First bullet missed Second bullet went through his neck, through other guys shoulder, which went through, spun out shoulder and spins on its exit, landing sideways on his hand. Some people the second bullet zigzagged, but it didnt. The seat in front of Kennedy was adjusted with this metal lift, plus homebound was kind leaning over his seat as most people do, leaning his weight on door, so he was angled. But the wounds left are..... Kennedys neck, Homeboy shoulder and wrist(the bullet exiting shoulder and landing on hand, putting a deep gash in it. If you time the second hit, both Kennedy and Homeboy react at the same time to the hit. You yourself can go time it right now and see them both flinch at the same time. Go do it. You see his wife turn to him like, what's going on. Kennedy is choking, reaching at his neck. Last bullet of course goes into his head, huge piece blows off, that's where you see his wife lean over. Three shots. No Magic. And they've been able to recreate it easily
