It has to do with passion and ambition. When I was in college I could remember every detail of everything i did and saw and was passionate for life. Now I work everyday doing the same thing i did yesterday and the most exciting thing in my life is when the power bill is less than what i thought it would be. As a result your brain goes into low power mode waiting for a challenge...... That or they remember because of a significant amount of drugs. I suspect both.

He was with his wife and kids and spoke with us for about 10 mins while he pumped his gas. He was one of the nicest down to earth guys i ever met to this day. He had zero ego and if you didnt know who he was he just would seemed like a regular guy, very humble. It was interesting to see him in his regular life outside of acting just being a regular Joe in a 4 door wood sided station wagon. 30 years later i remember like it was yesterday.
