There’s most def truth in that last point. I got hit in the head very severely and was diagnosed with moderate TBI. Depression and anxiety along with mood changes hit me fairly hard and completely changed me. The only source of joy, or happiness came from keeping my brain busy on a task, where I was physically moving and working

Try a low carb animal based diet, and MMA/HITT training. I cracked my head open falling as a young kid, and was in a car accident serious head injuries two years later. I became depressed at 11. On ADs for 10 years then stopped taking them during the pandemic because of all the bs authoritarianism. Went low carb animal based and it changed my life. Red meat, beef liver (100g per week), oysters, salmon, sardines, bacon, raw milk, dairy, and strawberries. Sea salt on everything and in your water, cook in butter/ghee not seed oils. Stop using plastic, use glass bottles and containers. Stop spraying chemicals on yourself. I use natural fragrances are a cologne, etc

@@christopherw2233 you dont need psychedelics to have those realizations, every story i hear from people who has taken dmt tell me about things that i have been thinking about since i was 6 years old and i have never taken any Psychedelics, some people are just so stuck in the movie we call life so much so that they believe they are the character that they are playing, i sometimes think people are retarded for needing a substance to reach those epiphanies, but then i remember that everone has a diffrent experience and everyone is supposed to reach the destination in their own unique way, but things like " we are all one" yes well duh... just be sober and think to yourself "how can anything exist? like how can existence itself exist? how the hell am i able to be conscious of having experience, how can i see that i am seeing, how can i hear that i am hearing? i am aware of being aware" and then you realize that everything is consciousness, we are all the very same "substance" and that "substance" is consciousness, even the bible tried to tell you that gods name is "I AM" aka your awarness of self/consciousness

With the whole navigation thing, I think people put too much reliance on GPS. I, of course, use it to get to places that I've never been before, but I always try to remember the way, so I can basically wean myself off of the GPS for places I go to repeatedly. It's kind of like having a backup camera, though. I'm a relatively new driver, and I'm actually glad that my first car doesn't have one, because now I don't need it to back into tight spaces, and I see many people, even my mom, who need it to get into even a relatively easy space. It's the same with the GPS, where people I know don't even know how to get around their hometown and neighboring towns without the damn thing, even to places they've been going to their entire lives.
