There’s most def truth in that last point. I got hit in the head very severely and was diagnosed with moderate TBI. Depression and anxiety along with mood changes hit me fairly hard and completely changed me. The only source of joy, or happiness came from keeping my brain busy on a task, where I was physically moving and working

On ADs for 10 years then stopped taking them during the pandemic because of all the bs authoritarianism. Went low carb animal based and it changed my life. Red meat, beef liver (100g per week), oysters, salmon, sardines, bacon, raw milk, dairy, and strawberries. Sea salt on everything and in your water, cook in butter/ghee not seed oils. Stop using plastic, use glass bottles and containers. Stop spraying chemicals on yourself. I use natural fragrances are a cologne, etc

With the whole navigation thing, I think people put too much reliance on GPS. I, of course, use it to get to places that I've never been before, but I always try to remember the way, so I can basically wean myself off of the GPS for places I go to repeatedly. It's kind of like having a backup camera, though. I'm a relatively new driver, and I'm actually glad that my first car doesn't have one, because now I don't need it to back into tight spaces, and I see many people, even my mom, who need it to get into even a relatively easy space. It's the same with the GPS, where people I know don't even know how to get around their hometown and neighboring towns without the damn thing, even to places they've been going to their entire lives.
