My husband has tried 3 different c-pap machines in 23 years. None gave him the sleep he needed. Those machines blew air and made a lot of noise. He bought a power recliner chair and sleeps in that.

I believe he went to a dentist got fitted for a Mandibular Advancement Device. You can now get over the counter ones to try out and see if it works for you. If it does, then it's best to get one fitted.

use mouth tape but consult with a doctor first. sleep sideways or down, never face up. always breathe through your nose, even during exercise. mouth guard does not help, you will still mouth breathe
