I think one of Hitler's inner circle, who was brought along by the Soviets, eventually said that both of them are buried in the area of the bunker and they set up a couple of corpses with Hitler's bridgework and a bridge made for Braun but never used. Said they're still under the pavement. The Russians tested both corpses for cyanide and it was only in the mouth and not in the internal systems, implying the capsules they used were just manually crunched in the mouths. The Russians kind of misrepresented the story from jump street. Stalin was never satisfied with this issue of the bodies they brought back.

For anyone who thinks this is not possible, Bin Laden lived within walking distance of a military academy in Pakistan. It took them 10 years to find him with modern technology and more advanced CIA training. They found the guy had lived there, but died a couple years ago, been there for all those years and nobody was hunting for them in these towns. Israel went after some and they brought one back and put him on trial and tried to bring another back, but killed him in Brazil I believe it was and got out of the country.

My 89 year old mother told this story: She lived in San Diego in the early 1950s, and would sit on the apartment step waiting for dad to come home from work. An older German man, who lived in the next door apartment, sat by her and talked about Germany 's advanced technologies. Then he said Hitler was alive in Argentina. She didn't believe him. He then went back to his apartment, while she waited outside on the step, and brought back out a picture of Hitler and this same man inspecting the troops. She was old enough to recognize Hitler, as she grew up during WW2. Dad told her to never speak to that man again, and they moved away. Only in her final days, did she speak of it. When we asked her why she never mentioned it before she replied: "who would believe it?" UPDATE: I have edited this post as it apparently was not clear enough that she remained outside the entire time.

I guess we will never know now. 😕 BTW: My grandmother has an expensively framed picture of her father ( _my great grandfather_ ) on her dresser, and I can tell you that if I took that picture and showed it to anyone on the planet, they would SWEAR on a stack of bibles, that it is Adolf Hitler without a doubt. IF I had not ever met him ( _when I was 4 y.o._ ) before he died and was present at his funeral, I would never believe anyone telling me he wasnt Hitler. That, and the fact that my family is of a different European ethnicity. But I swear, every time I visit my grandmother and see her fathers picture, the first thing that comes to mind is: HITLER!!!

@rafa_lucc2 жыл бұрын
I'm from Argentina and (for what is worth) i can confirm what he says, however not everyone is aware of this as this part of our history is not taught on schools. Peron was a well known Nazi enthusiast that, when being Nazi was out of fashion they reshaped our history to make it look like he never was, but the proof is there. The Nazi party was a legitimate and extremely popular party in Argentina in the 30's and in the 40's; they even organized mass events to show support to Nazi Germany. If you take a look at the argentinian's history Peron's regime you'll find that not only it's very similar but that they had employed 'Nazis refugees' in his government (like Riphagen). Now, in all fairness, both USA and the USSR also welcomed scientists to their countries (operation paperclip?). Furthermore, if you take a look at the Kirchner's rule since 2003 up to this day, the government has been using the exact Nazy tactics from the 20's and 30's to cripple the opposition and people.

Second, Brazil received more Germans from the second war than Argentina and Chile, which led to a German-descent community in Brazil of over 10 million, they still speak German in a few cities and the cities carry the same architecture and culture. Off topic: There were Germans that fled to Mexico as well. When I worked as a Customs & Border Protection Officer in Nogales,AZ, a US citizen whom was of Mexican descent had a German last name had crossed the border.When I was inspecting her passport card and getting her itinarary, I asked her the origin of her last name and she told me, " my grandfather did very bad things during the war and went to Hermosillo, Sonora". I would also see many European-looking families in a car traveling together and they spoke fluent Spanish and lived there. Some German citizens with German passports would cross back into the U.S. and were on business in Hermosillo. The famous tool company Black & Decker manufacturing company is German-owned and in Hermosillo, along with many vehicle plants down there.

The Germans had the best scientists with the best precision instruments. After WW II, they were spirited out of Germany, and distributed to different Allied countries. In Australia, a number of them worked on the Snowy Mountains Hydro Electricity project. Australians who also worked on the project said that they were easy to work with, except that they used to argue among themselves about who should be The Leader.

I'm from Chile and the thing is that germans, long before nazism came into power at the end of the 19 century, began to establish settlements of migrants in the bottom cone of south america, specially in the south of Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay and the southern part of Chile. They liked that the climate is pretty similar to the one in their hometowns and formed their own villages there. They were very kind people in general, speaked perfect spanish and integrated well with other comunities through business. However, when the war came to end all of those who had conections were forced to recieve a war refugee over here, not their fault. But this way was before the war, the germans here in South America have contributed in bringing lots of tech, culture, food, beer, art, you name it. There is a good record of war criminals who ended in this continent just by that coincidence.

I guess doing any google search before you vomit up stuff is hard nowadays “As for Churchill, while he is strongly associated with the aphorism, as seen on inspiring Pinterest macros, at Brainy Quote, and in taunting tweets from WWE wrestlers, there's actually no concretely documented instance in which he's known to have uttered “History is written by the victors.”” But nothing anyone says can change the kinds of dumb bots

@@Laser86, doing research on what exactly? You prove the original comment's point. If he is questioning the narrative of WWII (and rightly so) and reminding people that history is skewed to the victor's favor HOW are you countering it by telling him to "Google it"?!? Why? So he can read up on the established narrative? Germans Bad. Allies Good. Communists not really concern until The West no longer has Germans Bad narrative. Is this what he needs to Google? Na, I'm German and I can tell you, that this is quite normal, worst example: Mallorca, where it's easier to find someone who speaks German than someone who speaks Spanish (keep in mind, it's a Spanish island) or English, we even jokingly refer to it as our seventeenth state, hell a flight to Mallorca is partially cheaper than a day ticket for Berlin's public transportation network(around 7€). That's also a great example for the way many German tourists go on vacation, many are willing to immerse into the foreign culture, learn basics of a foreign language and so on, but other (and in my opinion kinda most) German tourists want a German community abroad, when they're on vacation in Egypt, Turkey, Poland, Spain and so on pretty much everyone is supposed to kinda speak German, German products are supposed to be in stock and so on (it's possible that I'm exaggerating a bit)

German Chileans are Chilean citizens who derive their German ancestry from one or both parents. They are chiefly descendants of about 300,000 immigrants who arrived between 1846-1914, most following the Revolutions of 1848 in the German states. In the 1907 census, Germans were the fifth-largest immigrant group in Chile, after Bolivians, Peruvians, Spaniards and Italians. That was before the Second World War even started.
