he definitely can. muay thai vets can generate over 1000 lbs of force with a low kick or body kick. it only takes a little over 700lbs to have a 25% of cracking a rib. shogun rua did 2700+ lbs with a roundhouse. while joe is lighter the turning side kick has way more body weight behind it and his form is perfect so id put it in the 2000+ range as well
