Joe is living proof that songs don't need lyrics. When you play that well you can paint a picture which is more than a thousand words especially the way that Joe does it ♥️
@_Rosa75242 жыл бұрын
For the longest time I didn't even realize it had no lyrics, I listen to Ozzy's boneyard (Ozzys station on Sirius XM) and have been listening to it for a while and one day when it came on I decided I'd sing it but then realized I forgot the lyrics... Then quickly realised there were none lmao

if you have an electric guitar you can play along. The opening is in d major and he emphasizes the e note before resolving to a then going to d minor. Not hard stuff to play as its easy theory and he isnt playing fast. I figured out the opening in three minutes

*No one gets a grammy because they deserve one. The political gainsmanship behind the distribution of grammies has only been glimpsed by its parallel corruption exposed in recent events like Gov. Cuomo getting an Emmy for his droning on about how great a job he did in NY while killing 15,000 senior citizens. Its about paybacks, pushing careers and making up for money lost on album releases. Ex. Fran Ferdinand's grammy I was told by their manager personally that they got it because the label lost money on their record and they hoped it would help generated a couple hundred thousand units in sales.*

Took time out & this was the 80’s. He was a busy man. I lived next to his grandparents in Winchester Ma. I don’t know if he gave them the tickets for us or they were Xmas gifts I was young 12-13. Hard worker. I have seen a lot of greats Eric C. Stevie RV. He plays differently. Very hard while making it look simple. No blues face when stretching out cords. Like playing the piano or keyboard with posture. But you listen & at points your like what’s he doing to that poor thing. Your guitar is gonna catch on fire.
