I use Company Cam in a different trade. One thing that has been good is to take photos at initial visit of all existing damage to sidewalks, driveways, cracks in bldg structure, broken windows, lawn damage, etc so we don’t get accused of causing the damage during the job. We have pictures time date stamped to show it was previous to us.

I do mainly fence repair with some installation. I am a one man, sometimes 2 to 3 man operation and I use Invoice Simple. Seems to do maybe what Job Nimbus does.

It likely varies depending on municipality. In our situation, we pull the permits for our clients. Everything is online and it’s a pretty quick process. Thanks for watching!
