Do you want to have a relationship with someone who sacrificed himself for you and everyone on this Earth the one who created the heavens and the Earth be creator of everything do you want to be saved Do you want eternal life with peace and joy forever your answer is Jesus if you do not know who Jesus is read the following Jesus is the Son of God that came to this Earth to save the people of their sins. when God-created Earth sin same came into Earth and tempted Eve(The first woman) to eat the fruit that God had forbidden her and Adam to not eat. If they do, they will die. Not immediately but death is certain. Eve ate the fruit and gave Adam some to eat as well. And he did. That showed that humans are sinners and not perfect. That is why Jesus came to Earth to save humans of their sins. Which leads to a relationship with God(the main reason) and eternal life. He did that by dieing on the cross. 3 days later he resurrected. The story of Jesus is beautiful. If you do not already have a Bible, purchase one. If you do not have the money, pray to God about you wanting a Bible and if he could please provide one for you. Thus does not mean a Bible will come from the sky and land on your hands. Pray to God everyday. But to not be blabbering that just say a bunch words to try to impress and show off to other people or to impress God. A few words out of the heart is better than saying a bunch words to impress and not mean. This does not mean praying long prayers is bad. Acts 16:31 They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus , and you will be saved- you and your household." Jesus Loves You ❤️

Dips and pull-ups are two things that are entirely dependent on body weight more than just strength - in general if you weigh 80 kg it is a lot easier to pull out 20 dips or 30 dips than it is if you weigh 95 or 100 kg - it's like each dip you do, you have that extra 15 or 20 kg tied to your waist compared to the lighter person (for the lbs people out there, 20 kg is almost 45 lbs extra and 100 kg is about 225 lbs). Same deal with pull-ups/ chin-ups. If I weigh 95 kg (210 lbs) and you weigh 73 kg (a bit over 160 lbs) there is nearly a 50 lb weight difference between us so when it comes to body weight exercises like that you can't go by absolute numbers UNLESS you're looking at "pound for pound" - but physics don't really work like that - for every 50 lbs of body mass you pack on it requires more and more and more muscle mass to LIFT that extra weight easily enough to hit X reps - you start to hit diminishing returns REALLY fast. It's why the winners of the World's Strongest Man competition - guys like Brian Shaw who weighs probably 430 lbs and stands over 2 meters tall at 6'8" - can deadlift or overhead lift FAR more than anyone in this comment section has any hope of ever hitting but I can beat him when it comes to number of pull-ups or dips - because I'm a lot lighter. You need more muscle to lift more weight and to gain more muscle after you lose your body fat means to gain more weight - so you're gaining weight to lift the weight you WERE before easier only to weigh MORE and need MORE muscle to make that NEW body weight easier to lift. Make sense? I do about 15 to 18 right now for pull-ups - I was hitting 25 earlier a couple years ago when I was really going to the gym more regularly and making it a regular part of my workout. BUT I also WEIGH a lot more now than then - I'm STRONGER than I was physically - I have 30 lbs more muscle now - but my NUMBER of dips and pullups went DOWN as a result.

I feel him. Don’t get me wrong, he looks great but he probably compares himself to other people. In my case, I looked like that after one year of home training, basically calisthenics. I’m 5’6” so, there’s a reason why I look the same even if I trained for less time, I’m short. So, him seeing other people getting to his size in like a year and a half or two might really take a toll in his mental health. So, the key is to stop comparing yourself to others.
