I like the point you make when you said you got into your head. The mental aspect is a big aspect of riding. Shook your confidence. Having to overcome that helps build Mega confidence.

Mad respect for graduating from L&L, Joe!! 🤛. I've had my eye on this class since watching "Cue" sing its praises. From a total immersion perspective, it looks like the best all-around slow-speed course because of its multi-day component. Would you say L&L is next level compared to some of the single-day courses offered? Congratulations again; well-deserved!
@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures Жыл бұрын
Thanks brother. I would say it's the next level. Taking Robert Simmons course multiple times and practicing what he preaches really got me prepared for it. Not to mention Lock and Lean has multiple classes that build on one another. Looking forward to attending the other courses. Appreciate you watching!

My first bike is a purple 98 FXD, Its got a racing wavy kind of vibe in the graphics on it, I just bought it a few weeks ago and I get a lot of compliments on the paint job. I then bought my uncle a black shovel head trike and a purple evo trike with super light graphics. It looks awesome as well. .

@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures unfortunately there’s no lock & lean in Houston or I would have. My instructor is a former motor officer that left the unit 3 years ago, so he puts me through some good training though. Riding high and forward in the saddle was a game changer for me, when I had my seat redone by Russell, I had them bring it up an inch and forward and inch, big difference making turns and being in control.

This was an excellent video. From start to finish it was informative, realistic, motivating and encouraging. Thanks so much for taking the time Joe. I've been riding for nearly 3 years enjoying both long distance riding as well as practising my slow speed skills for all that time on a 2011 Yamaha XVS650 Classic. Last month I went full licence and began riding a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C109R. Awesome beast of a machine weighing 370kg dry so, a lot heavier than the Yam. I'm back in the car parks again getting used to the new bike. Given the similar weights would the course you attended also apply to the C109R?
@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! This course would apply to all 2 wheel motorcycles. From cruisers, sport bikes, and adventure bikes. The same techniques are still used. Thanks for your feedback and watching!
