How was the show Will and Grace over there?? My favorite of UK tv is still Are you being served!

It was successful and I watched it on Channel 4. But Friends that Channel 4 had been showing for a few years was huge and overshadowed Will & Grace, which got a fraction as much media coverage as Friends. Frasier was really popular too. So I’d say of the big US TV sitcoms of the time it easily trailed third.
