Oh, man, what a spread! That "Holla at yo Boy" burger looks and sounds sooooooooo delicious! Joel, you look like you just died and went to Burger Heaven. And all those burgers really DO look delicious, like they were each cooked to perfection. You took down that "EL Fuego" like it was easy as eating a slice of pie! You go, Joel. You're the Man!!! How many pounds of beef was in each burger? It looks like about half a pound each. So with the trimmings on each burger, you must have eaten about 6 or 7 pounds of food? That "Farmer's Daughter" really did look extra special. I've never had a burger with an egg on it, but after seeing so many of them on your shows, I think I'm going to give one a try. I knew you were going to enjoy that doughnut burger. I have GOT to try one of those Luther burgers. I might have to buy a doughnut and try to make it myself, because I don't know anyplace near me that makes the Luther. Congratulations on another win, Joel. As usual, my HERO!! 🤭

I really don't dig the raw burgers. I don't trust raw ground beef in a burger period. i don't care if they guarantee that the meat is whatever.

I agree a raw steak is 1 thing the meat is still sterile inside however when you grind it up you mix in bacteria too

Raw beef is perfectly safe to eat as long as it was refrigerated at the right temperature and that its consumed within 20 minutes of being prepared. Obviously it's not for everyone but I would at least give steak tartar a try at a reputable restaurant.
