Julian Lennon's last album "JUDE" was without a doubt his best recording to date. Incredible record. I have been a life long fan of his work. When I finished listening to the album, a sadness came over me. Because I knew I had just experienced something really special, and I knew most people will never hear what I just heard. The fact US and British TV would deny Julian a chance to re connect with the world (and his many fans) is a crime. Bless this man. And yes. "Saltwater" is an amazing song. John Lennon was a garbage human being.......you call a guy who abandons his family a cool guy.
@br1472an20 сағат бұрын
Was'nt a good father to him , pretty much abandoned him after he divorced his mother , Julian said so in interviews , he has only recently forgiven his father for the abandonment , His father was a great song writer but as a dad he was a deadbeat , takes more than fame and money to be a good dad , tragic they were denied any real reconcilation because of a mad man .

What a cool and honest guy Julian is. Joe did a masterful job letting Julian speak for long periods.

Why I always thought john Lennon was a selfish, narcissistic prick. Left this guy when he was a child, abandoned him n his mom n then didn't leave him a dam dime in his will. I believe Julian had to pursue it in court. But yea, Julian seems like a genuine, easygoing, nice guy.

Yep, he was a genuinely terrible human being. He also beat Julian and his mom. That's who John Lennon was.

John’s mother neglected him & he needed a mother figure, I think, so left Cynthia for Yoko. Unfortunately he neglected Julian. I’m glad he turned out so well after everything he went through.

You just missed the whole situation. John and Synthia both were basically children. They were not ready to become parents. And John just started to gain success, it was simple and very predictable distraction from the family life.

@@icarus7073 and no wonder. Johns father abandoned him, his mother died soon after he became close to her, he was one of the most famous people of the 20th century (which was likely tough on the ego), he became interested in the occult and he became a huge addict. John was lost since childhood and only started picking up the pieces later in life before it was cut short. It's an unfortunate story.

Lifelong fan of Julian 🥰🥹 sensitivity is such a difficult trait to keep and stay true to. Julian's sensitivity and introspection is and has always been big enough to be felt across "the pond". Re: paternal pressure to be as good as John, you, Jules, are already the best version of him. ❤💯🙏 ❤🙏Love2All2Love🙏❤
