When I was young, I had a seizure, and my friends distanced themselves. I spent my time watching old martial arts films from my dad’s video store. Later, in high school, a friend introduced me to the GZA album and 36 Chambers. The film’s scene of Gordon Liu training while others slept resonated with me. I focused on my art while my “friends” went out without me. Wu-Tang became more than music-it was therapy, something I could truly relate to. Forever grateful to Wu-Tang. Wu-Tang forever.

BEYOND AWESOME INTERVIEW!! I'm a 56 year old GROWN ASS MAN AND A 22 YEAR ARMY VETERAN. NOONE has to believe this but RIGHT NOW THREE DAYS AFTER THIS INTERVIEW, I have Only Built 4 Cuban Linx in my ride (CD) and been rocking it for at least the past 3 months STILL LEARNING NEW SHIT EVERY SINGLE TIME I listen to it. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY they are not on the Ballot for the Rock N Roll HOF!! Although my roots are in Alabama where I fell in Love with them I grew up in Brooklyn until 13 Jefferson Ave Throop/Tompkins P.S. 44 "PEACE TO THE GODS"!!!
