Benzos benzos benzos.... I cant stress enough how dangerous those damn things are. Not only the drug itself also the fact that you cant pace them like other drugs. One can usually gauge when enough is enough. Not with benzos. You take a couple feeling good then ur thinking I could take another. Then you wake up days later wondering wtf happend and all you have to go on is what's left of your fragmented memory. Had a couple of terrible experiences with them. Completely on auto pilot both times. Friends and other witnesses had to tell me. Talk about a terrible feeling waking up in jail hoping you didn't fuckin accidentally kill someone. It happens. House wives waking up in jail not knowing why they are there until there lawyer comes to talk to them. Come to find out they stabbed their husband 71 times in his sleep. Hahah luckily my experience weren't on that level. Maybe a wreck and a dwi. Now imagine trying to defend oneself when you cant even recall what actually happened. Hahah I can laugh now but sure as hell wasnt when I woke up in a hospital or in jail. Everything is ok in moderation. Not benzos there is no moderation. One cant gauge where the black out line is and ride the wave. You either fall asleep or black out and run around the city making a fool of yourself. Take heed to this comment. Especially young people who might be in the experimental phase. Leave benzos out of it. Especially if your a drinker aswell.

At the end Bert mentions that benzos are the hardest to detox off of... I've heard that as well. People that came off of years of heavy heroin use saying that the withdrawal from that was a walk in the park compared to the withdrawal they had after only a few months of using Xanax recreationally.
@drinkbleach14928 жыл бұрын
Dustin Rodriguez it is the worst shit possible. I am a disabled veteran and I was on Benzos and opiates for 4 years! everyday! I had to be hospitalized after they took me off of them. I was awake 7 days and started hallucinating just from that. I had a seizure and was hospitalized for a week. that shits no good. I moved to Colorado and I only eat edibles and dab now. Fuck the plant, I NEED the by products to actually get relief. the plant is "cute," recreational shit.
@DustinRodriguez1_08 жыл бұрын
music fungus It continues to baffle me why doctors can't simply accept addiction as a side effect of the drugs, and then plan to deal with it. It's not rocket science. Someone who needs to be on painkillers or benzos for awhile will become dependent. It's not evil, that's just how the body works. People on SSRI antidepressants and such are heavily dependent as well. Addiction is not inherently bad, it's only bad when it leads to other problems. Anyone on drugs that cause dependence for a significant amount of time should have a plan formulated ahead of time for tapering them off of the drugs once they are no longer needed. Even if it takes 6 months of taking gradually reducing dosages, isn't that better than just dropping them in the deep end of withdrawal?
@silvereagle900008 жыл бұрын
Dustin Rodriguez It's in their literature that the drugs they prescribe don't have addictive properties, as well as nothing to build tolerance. Even though this goes against the most basic of understanding of human synapses. I've literally had multiple doctors tell me that both Klonopin and Adderall don't build tolerance, produce no withdrawal, and can't cause addiction. I wish I could have seen them sitting in a chair shaking like a jackhammer, on the verge of a sezuire from my "no withdrawal" drugs like I had to go through.

I was taking fits, having seizures, anxiety attacks that would down an elephant and all sorts of other terribly god awful horrible shit, I genuinely thought I was gonna die. Yeah dude, most people scoff at me when I mentioned how horrific my benzo withdrawal experience was, they'd be so convinced that it must be way easier to get off than heroin. How wrong they were. @@haunted5311 Really, really glad to hear that! What a great comment to wake up to, on a Monday morning🥳👍 Keep it going dude! @haunted53113 жыл бұрын
@@eichbienyermaw yeah man I relapsed, about a couple months after being completely off it, just one time. It was a total lapse in judgement but I was basically confirming that I hate that drug and solidifying why I should stay off of it. I only took 1 pill with zero tolerance with no intentions of taking more than that small dose. I felt uncomfortably lazy and zombied, I didn't feel good, I felt mildly content with doing and feeling basically nothing. It was boring and felt like a complete waste of the day, and that's when I knew 100% that I'd never relapse again and it's the shittiest drug and the biggest waste of time and money. I'm currently (mildly) an alcoholic but it's not given me more than a few minor problems compared to that benzo shit, and I don't black out/lose control or experience any bad withdrawals. Good job staying off it man the grip of that addiction relentlessly holds you tight, I personally needed help from a doctor to get off it after 4 years of abuse.
@eichbienyermaw3 жыл бұрын
@@haunted5311 yeah, that was the same for me, it just reaffirmed how much I hated those drugs!! Benzos where made specifically to be very difficult to over dose on, as they were made as repeacment for barbiturates. That being said they are hard to OD on when taken alone, when mixed with other depressants like alchoal or pain medication it becomes one of the easiest. As I've personally taken 60+ mg of Xanax in a night, your much more likely to die for the stupid bull shit you pull thinking your invincible then ever being able to eat enough Xanax to be toxic enough to have body shut down, as most ppl are wellllllll beyond passed out after 6mg.

My buddy in college had a room mate that would snort Xanax and shoot opiates. I'd come over to smoke some green and his room mate would be absolutely zombified on the couch, wouldn't even look up when I'd walk in. I didn't wanna get into that shit, I'd rather smoke a bowl and laugh for a few hours.

Did 3 bars of Xanax many moons ago. Forget the whole day except for driving. I remember the beginning of the ride, then I blacked out. I went 5 miles without remembering, then I woke up after hitting a curb going 40 mph through an old parking lot. Careened into a pickup truck, and stalled out in a fuckin junk car lot, where the car was buried, rest in peace. Not a fuckin scratch. Lucky bitch I was.

I was addicted to benzos hardcore. Popped xannies all day. Used to love the green Hulks. (2 mg bars) Was prescribed Klonopin for eleven years as well. When it came time to go off benzos I had to go off cold turkey. I absolutely couldn't sleep. I didn't sleep at all for like a week and when I did get sleep it was in the form of micro naps (where your brain is so depleted you pass out during the day without realizing it). That led to an inability to differentiate between dreams and reality. I'd wake up freaking the fuck out bc I thought the dreams were real and happened previous to my passing out (when I did sleep). Also had a grand mal seizure during this time. I've now been off any and all benzos for a year and a half. Took a long ass time and damn near killed me, but I did it. I still have insomnia problems every now and then due to severe anxiety to this day. Stay away from benzos kiddos.

Cutting off benzos cold turkey is never a good idea, just asking for a seizure.
@loserguy10223 жыл бұрын
@@rifffatkins7704 Exactly! Tell my old doctor that, he's the reason I had to go off cold turkey. Didn't even taper me down or take me off them slowly, just bam refused to fill them. And as a doctor I'm sure he knew full well the risks involving a seizure, guess he just didnt give a fuck.

I’m a white guy, but you gentiles as Joey says crack me up. You think his stories are bullshit because you didn’t grow up around people like this. I grew up in the Bronx and literally know like 5 people like him
