I put a + sign on my calendar for every little win. Brushed my teeth + sign. No jerk off + sign. No alcohol + no junk food +. Went running + sign read an hour + sign. Mandatory things for me. I must get my exercise in and I must stimulate my mind. I enjoy life more since I don’t have these rushes of instant dopamine. I earn the good feelings.

My dad killed himself 9 months ago so I get a lot of (much needed) advice while I’m sitting in the deepest hole of my life. I get it on an intellectual level, but everything feels pointless anyway. THIS, I felt. On my second listen. Thank you, Joey.

@DJ GodsOwn the percent who are making good enough money from that is like the percent of people who get into NBA etc. There are not a lot of people who just make money playing games without being good or being funny/good personality.

Lee, let me tell you something. You going through tough times with your family and your parent's divorce was a blessing in disguise. Look at how the universe blessed you with a real life brutally honest life & spirit coach that is an Angel in your life journey, in Joey Diaz. Im a patient observer to how your life is getting better and better one step at a time and I can't wait to see how your journey continues over time. What a good story I'm witnessing. Just don't try and edit yourself out your movie by stopping this continuous fight of yours. Im rooting for ya. Stay Strong !!!!!!!!

Joey tends to dish out a lot of life and medical advice for an overweight drug addict who would be lucky if his heart beats on another decade.
@urmondaymorinin98384 жыл бұрын
Lee is not going to benefit from any life advice from Joey....comedy advice? Maybe, how to do things in comedy or get auditions for a commercial? Maybe. But for christ sake...please people do not take Joey’s advice and live by it for anything in life. He was a coke head and wanna be wise guy his whole life. He didn’t have anything, he was 45 years old and had absolutely nothing to show for it except a trail of crap, drugs, lies, and angry or hurt people, including his first daughter who he just left behind because the old saying “better off without me” huh? The man was 400 pounds, had nothing...the only reason he isn’t dead or homeless is because for some reason Joe Rogan( who is naive and gullible) liked him and thought he was funny. Honestly Joey can tell a story good and gets a good laugh, he adds all these lies to his stories and fibs about damn near everything. He was a dope feen coke head and never got sober he still smokes pot every day all day and takes pills all the time. Im 25 and was a heroin addict for years.

UrMoNdAyMoRiNiN joeys show is great and he’s a great storyteller but I can’t hear about health/fitness advice from a slob.
@edwardjones22024 жыл бұрын
Agreed. He says a lot of stuff that is superficially humble and self-deprecating, but this is belied by the fact that his major topic of conversation is himself. It takes real chutzpah and a bullet proof ego for a man like Diaz to offer health, life and fitness advice.
@edwardjones22024 жыл бұрын
@Ghost87 yeah life happens. One day you wake up and you just can't stop shovelling in burgers and cocaine. Poor Diaz. 😢😥😢😥
