Been watching your vids for a while and all the R2Rs. I know you didn’t ask, but I like the natty approach because you’re already such a relatable person and so R2Rs are more relatable if natural. But do what you gotta do and will always support 💪. I know last year it wasn’t a big game changer and was a lot of hassle. And thanks for all these recipes 💯

I’m right there with you on the 96/4 lean ground beef. I get mine from Walmart and I love prepping it with a low calorie Alfredo with pasta and vegetables. Phenomenal!

Starting with test would make huge differences. I don’t like needles either but doing it in the SubQ is soooo easy. Painless. I would start there before doing anything hardcore. Even before the var that you did last year
