Professional IFBB guys can't scratch their own backs, and are unhealthy as f. Arnie has had multiple heart surgeries just like CT Fletcher. Most of them lose hair (don't count on the transplant), some of them lose what is worse - their sleep. Your brain is incapable of doing simple calculations. You become like a monster, and many even die before retiring. Stay fit, stay healthy, eat right, sleep right. Steroids for some contest/competition or injury, occasionally maybe okay but prolonged use has only led to damage. Don't judge people's lives by small video clips.
