You get stronger as you get older, I never understood why people think 40s, 50s and to some extent 60s age means you weaken. Not true, im 54 and the strongest I've ever been and that's without any strength training. When ur young, 20s, 30s ur muscles are soft, they have aged enough to toughen up naturally and get that "old man" power. It's a real thing.
