Ha ha yeah I know i know :-). I love the thing but I have to be in a certain mood, the body horror is exceptional but is just grotesque. For that reason it would be 6th on this list, but it's only top 5 😉

I don't deny its a classic, I just prefer to watch other Carpenter movies over it. As I say in the video, it's all subjective and opinion 👍 imo, there are very few bad carpenter movies, it's just that the 5 in this video are ones I would happily watch anytime. The Thing is amazing BUT body horror like that is never something I would just stick on for fun, I have to be in a certain mood to watch that. I assure you that if I follow this video up with my silver level, the thing will be there 😉 Subscribe to know when the next carpenter arrives 👍
