You could literally cut the time you spend on that job down by 2/3rds with either a snow pusher (moves more snow and no dumping it) or a plow blade (wind rowing and no dumping). Although…sometimes It’s just nice to use the minimum investment and enjoy the seat time. Nice video.

Thanks! Yeah, we are pricing some options for next Winter. I’m definitely enjoying the seat time with the heated cab. It’s a game changer!

I just discovered your channel today while researching Cheyenne for a possible relocation from N. Georgia. However, I found it necessary to leave a comment when I saw the tag on your John Deere. Go Dawgs!

I'm from Marietta originally and I still have family in Georgia. Small world. We're a retired military family. Please ask any questions about Cheyenne and I will either answer it or get you answer. We've been here 19 years now. Cheers and, Go Dawgs!

@@ourlifeinwyoming4654 I’m in Ringgold, right at the TN line. However, I was down in Canton yesterday for a cheer competition. I will be an empty nester in 2025 so coupled with remote work, I’m ready for a big move along with a more simple way of life. I’m visiting the first week of December and plan on making a few more trips should I like Wyoming. Originally, I was interested in the smaller towns in Wyoming but Cheyenne might be a more realistic option. It is likely that my parents (also here) and my brother and his wife (Seattle) all relocate at the same time. Exciting times ahead! Please keep posting as I really enjoy your channel.

Awesome. I wish you the best. Cheyenne is easy to fall in love with in the summer, and fall is the best. The winters can test your patience with the wind. We like how Cheyenne is a small town with the all that goes with a small town, but Denver is just south of us. Catching a plane out of Denver is not too bad and I-80 and I-25 cross here. Between here and Denver is Fort Collins, CO. It's a college town and a fun place to visit. They have great food and shopping down there. It's about 45 miles due south. Cheyenne is a town rich in fascinating western history and still holds on to a strong connection to the past. Housing is good here too. We live just a few miles out of town and we really get the country feel, but we're only 5 minutes for the "main drag." The views of the night sky are great. There's allot of homes out here on 5 - 10 acre plots and the views are incredible. These are referred to as "ranchettes." Safe travels and we'd love to have ya'll! Thanks for the compliment. We just put up videos for fun and for family to see how things are here. Glad you enjoy it. @@shana2640

They make a snow plow for that loader. Having the ability to angle the snow out of the way as you're pushing it would have advantages I would think. We put a plow on our JD tractor and loader and it cut our removal time down by 2/3rds and does a much nicer job all around. Just a thought.
@ourlifeinwyoming4654 Жыл бұрын
Agreed. Backing up and dumping the bucket, etc. eats allot of time and fuel. We’re looking into one. Thanks!
