The idler pulleys were ok? They seem to have bearings in them that don't hold up real well. Good job on the video and I agree video or take pictures as you go. Something may look so simple when its together but once apart you question yourself on how it goes back together.

great overview! where did you get the filter for the transmission? I was on the turf torq website and I couldn't it looked like all the spare parts were out of stock. Also, what version of the K46 did yours have? Thanks!

This riding mower cannot discharge the grass properly because its outlet is too small and the fan is not efficient. One solution is to mow your lawn every 3 days (2 days in the spring) in order to mow a very small amount of grass. If you wait one week, the grass outlet will be blocked all the time. Conclusion: this machine is made to mow when you have no grass, a machine to mow in the desert!

Hardly the case. We mow long and sometimes damp grass with no issues other than the bag gets heavy. I suspect you don't have the impeller belt routed properly or you've done other things wrong. We're 100% satisfied.....

Daniel you seem not to know your machine. Here's how to avoid plugging the discharge tube. First off, if you wait for the bag full light to come on the bag is full and the tube is also plugged. Wear hearing protection and listen for the air whirling throught the tube. The deck is loud and you should here it no problem. As soon as the whirling sound tapers (harmonics pitch tones down/changes) disengage the blades. After you dump the bag, pull up a few feet and reengage the deck. If it's whirling air again, the tube is clear. I cut heavy grass and cut grass that's still damp. I rarely plug the tube. I love my machine.

Your KZbin should say rebuilding a whole tractor, not belt replacement
