I just had the exact model delivered this week. I have the bagger on mine. The bagger is unreal. Performs just like a vacuum! Love it!

I just got the 48" x350 a few weeks ago. It's very nice. I see though that there is a lot of hate for the K46 transmission.

IMO, the k46 is a good transmission. I just wish it was serviceable.

@@MillsEngineWorks I think I will probably take the K46 off the mower and drain and refill with fresh Tuff Torq hydrostatic trans oil once I hit 50 hours, then every 200 hours thereafter. Some people also remove the bottom of the case to get to and replace the screen filter inside. I might do that at some point also, but not until the warranty expires.

Im looking at a vouple different X350,,a 2017, and a 2019 /20. Do you know if their are many differences between them. And being 2024,,how have you liked it so far ?

I think a '17 and a '19 would be the same. A '20 may be the year they updated, but I don't remember. The big difference is the engine size. Pre update is and 18.5 HP where as the updated is 21.5(?) HP. As for my mower: I think it's a good mower. Plenty of power and easy to use.

@@MillsEngineWorks thanks, I'm also considering a Toro time cutter 4260,, with a bagger and a cart for less money.

I have never personally owned a Toro, but I have used and worked on Toro's before. They are good machines.

Just pick up my new x350 today from J.D. with side bigger. 0 hours on it. My mower deck is green?.

I believe the 23 or 24 model year tractors switched to a green deck. I'm not sure if the color is the only thing that changed.

Is it a comfortable ride? Have a john deere lt160 and it not comfy at all. when you hit a bump you really notice it alot and even driving it where its flat it feels like you hit every bump.. craftsman is older and is way more comfy then the Lt. Was looking to buy an x350 and wanted to ask before i do. Please let me know how yours is and how you like it so far.

My previous mower was a 2001 Craftsman LT1000. The X350 is much more comfortable than that Craftsman. The seat cushion is much thicker, and the seat springs are stiffer and longer, providing better suspension. If you are still unsure, I would recommend going to your local dealer and asking if you could test drive an X350. Any serious sales person should let you drive one around. Hope this helps. 👍

@@MillsEngineWorks Thanks for letting me know. My craftsman is from 1999 and looks almost exactly like an LT1000 bought it new but it dosent have the Lt sticker on the side. Will have to make a trip up the the dealer and hopefully they will least let me test drive it. Its a lot of money to spend so i wanna make sure its the on i want for sure.

Looks like you need some grass seed and fertilizer bro. Best to you and yours.

Most definitely. The lawn is terrible. Hopefully I can get it looking good this spring. Cheers. 🍻

Very nice. Serviceable transmission?
@MillsEngineWorks3 жыл бұрын
According to the manual, no. Supposedly its factory sealed, lifetime oil. After my own research, it is possible. Deere even offers a service kit for it. Its not as simple as draining the fluid, replacing a filter, and filling it back up. The case will need to be split to change the internal screen.
