Fury not giving Klitschko the rematch is talked about way less than it should be, it's great that you pointed it out. I always thought Klitschko would do better in a rematch, because once he finally started letting his hands go a bit, he also started landing. It's basically the same thing as with Fury and Wilder, where Fury realized in the 12th round of their first fight how he should fight Wilder in the rematch. On top of all Klitschko had a tendency to do better in rematches, like he did against Brewster, Thompson, Byrd and Peter. I think Fury just didn't want to risk it.

The wilder/fury fights were hard fights which took a lot out of both boxers. If you can remember benn v McClellan, it was tragic for McClellan but although Benn won he was a shot fighter overnight.
